I and a friend used the inn on the night before our 2-day adventure on the Twilight Riverboat & again on the night of our return. Our adequately clean rooms were double Q's on the ground level. The beds, pillows & linens were comfortable & the hotel was quiet. We both slept well! At the time of our stay the front desk area was under renovation, so we had to check-in at the adjoining Comfort Inn---which was fine. Loved the sink area separate from the main bathroom, but brought our own "toilet articles". Ample plug-ins for our electronics were "very lacking"! We both agreed that it was an overall satisfying experience on both occasions, for the money!

Owned by the comfort inn but not connected. No elevator and you have to walk around the outside of the building to get to the front desk or pool or breakfast. It's currently being renovated, which is great, but they should close it until they are done. The fumes are horrible! There is paint and plaster everywhere and the room they put us in wasn't even finished. There was a notice in one of the construction areas saying they needed to stop work immediately but they were still going. They did move us to the comfort inn side but even that room wasn't too great and we ended up checking out a day early.

Booked a "quadruple room" that was supposed to sleep a maximum of 6 for my son and his 4 buddies while working the outage at the Quad Cities Nuclear Plant. I figured it would be plenty big enough for them based on the photos posted on both Priceline and Booking.com. However, this room is super small. When my son went to the front desk to ask, the person told him that she had never heard of a "quadruple room" and that they should go on to priceline.com and book a second room. Luckily three of them are working the nightshift and two are working the dayshift. So they made it work. But it's frustrating when you don't get what you thought you were booking!

Positive: Location, reasonable price and friendly and helpful desk agents Negative: The room was comfortable and reasonably clean although there was visible layers of dust buildup on all the bed frames and area on the wall and floor around the bed and nightstands.

All hotels were full because of the flood, so this wasn't going to be my choice. They say that a vacation should be more comfortable than your home, this hotel is not that. Pillows were travel pillow size. Bed was severely uncomfortable, I am so sore from just the bed. The mini fridge never got cold. The only thing that was nice was the temperature of the water. This is a slum hotel owned by a slum company. I should have gotten a hotel 20 minutes away so I could actually sleep through the night.

My husband and myself stay here quite often and enjoy the hotel the staff is amazing breakfast is always great it's so peaceful and quiet even when it's being renovated it's quiet never had any issues ever we will continue to always come back.... KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK STAFF

Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. It is tied into the comfort Inn next door. We had to check in there for our stay at Eagle Ridge. Did not know this ahead of time. It is a short walk between the two hotels to use the pool, and breakfast at the Comfort Inn. No pool or breakfast at EagleRidge Inn. All worked put fine.

We dined in Le Claire, then decided to stay the night before driving home to Minnesota. I found this place online, got the driving directions and headed over there on Thursday, January 4, 2024 about 6:30 PM. The directions led us to behind the Comfort Inn in a vacant lot. Whaaaaat? So I went inside to the Comfort Inn to ask directions of the Eagle Ridge Inn. Lo and behold they had a sign that said, register here for the Eagle Ridge Inn. So we found out that both places are one building but separated by walls.. can't get to the other from inside. So the weirdness does not end there. The entrance was around to the side of the Comfort Inn, it was dark and barely lit. The lobby was empty, like out of business. We went to our room, #126, which was very large but the layout was very strange. Like 2 rooms in one space. This could be made into a nice 3 room suite, but as it is not very cozy. Of course in the morning, we had to go back outside and into the Comfort Inn to have breakfast. The breakfast was no very good at all, and bad coffee.
