Staff are always amazing. My favorite stop when heading back to Mesa. The golden eagle freeze is my favorite drink. My dog Bella enjoyed a pup cup as well.

First off this place serves amazing drinks, the staff are all great! Today I went for my usual laser cat, but unfortunately I dropped it when I got home. When I came back to order a new one the barista taking orders outside was kind enough to fix me up a new one without charge! I absolutely admire their service. Thank you.

Stopped by to get our energy to carry us through the rest of our hour and a half drive after being stuck in Holbrook, AZ for 4 hours with car issues. Only to get our hopes up for Dutch Brothers, with half filled drinks that had no flavor. We asked for more flavor as we requested and paid for extra sweet. And the gentleman poured some but it seemed little to barely nothing he added. We always stop at this DB on our way to Phoenix and back to NM. We left disappointed, hopefully next time is better. ?

Drinks were okay and all but watch how much they charge you! I’m from the valley and always tip my regular Dutch but this one didn’t ask me to tip or anything, just turned the screen towards herself and moved to the next car. I used Apple Pay so I get a notification on my phone and she added a tip for herself which isn’t okay ? had she asked me I would’ve tipped anyways but she added $1 on a $10 drink order. The point isn’t that it’s “only a dollar” but that it’s illegal and literally stealing! I asked to speak to a manager and they said one wasn’t there so I told the other workers what she was doing and they said “yeah this is the second time today someone has said that she did that” and tried to give me a dollar back.. I declined the dollar because I would’ve tipped if she had asked the point was, that she needs to be fired especially if it’s a continuous thing.Theft isn’t okay especially from a big company like Dutch. You either ask, or click no tip if you don’t want to ask the customer.

I have been to a lot of DB in my day and this is by far the most beautiful one. It has a really great LONG drive thru line and has a really nice patio. I love the coffee, if you want beans you can buy online. Friendly and quick staff, super duper happy they came to Payson!!!!!!!!

We stopped by for a cold beverage through Payson on our way back to NM. Our server was so very friendly and patient as she explained the differences between possible choices. She made recommendations and helped us select our menu options.
Our selected drinks were very delicious and confirmed our server's explanations and descriptions and taste!!!
We used the walk up window and were able to visit briefly with other patrons, getting their wisdom and experience for potential future selections!!

This place is so amazing! I got the blended pumpkin caramel brûlée and it is sooo freakin good! The crew was fast and kind! I definitely recommend this location
