Absolutely delicious! I came in on a Friday morning and there was about 20 girls and ladies from a choir group and my drink was a strawberry coolatta for my step daughter and she loved it! My drink was ready in less than 10 minutes. The ladies that work there are amazing and very outgoing as well. The parking lot is very clean. The inside of the store is nicely kept and just smells good when you walk in.

Coffee rolls suck now, they are half the size and are not even rolls. They look like Pillsbury Doughboy garbage. I'm super disappointed that they changed them. I ordered via app and picked up in drive thru, when I saw it, I was upset. It's a sad pc of dough now. I will not ever buy again.

This Dunkin Donuts really sucks they literally just threw in a cold packaged banana chocolate bread. I asked them if they can warm it up and the young lady said they can not do that. Don't come to this premises.(Yocelyn logged in drive thru cashier)

1st Time ordering via the self-service monitors. Not too many Food options for lunch this Stars. But what was available tasted great. I ordered a sandwich and some donut holes for the family which were eaten with great delight. The return customer for sure even got the app for a return trip.

Today I placed a bowl order through the app and when I had got there, it was ready and everything which was great, but when I proceeded to try it, it was completely horrible so I went back to ask him if they could remake it and hand them to drink They proceeded to ask me to go back around or go inside because the next person order was ready, which is fine you know I completely understand I go back around and get my drink. It was worse like they had dumped my old drink, took out the ice water it down, and they handed it back to me with some cold foam on it, and it was completely horrible inside. Talk to the manager, pacifically with the eyelashes black hair Proceeds to give me a problem instead of just remaking my drink and satisfying me or asking me if I want a simple replacement like she shouldn’t be working a in customer service if she has attitude and stank face every time someone comes to her with a problem not my first time I have incident there with her and at this store where they made the drinks, good one day and then the next it’s not the same. There should be a consistency where everybody is making the drinks the same way and then they always want to overcharge on oat milk or almond milk when I order to the app. It charges me for almond milk and oat milk, which is fine but when I get to the store, they’re overcharging way more than they do on the app. The whole management needs to be talked to or get retrained on customer service because they do not have it in them they never can sit there and satisfy the customer or they always have a problem always trying to overcharge people charging them for additional fees when they could just simply satisfy customer oh, I’m so sorry about that. Not even a sorry. Oh, I apologize nothing , just there with negative attitudes and face expressions could say it all I continue to only come back just for the cookie butter cold brew, but once it’s out, I’m not coming back to this location at all, and I will continue to return my drinks until they make them properly As for the managers, please find another job because customer service is not it for you. I will be contacting corporate. This is my third in Incident at this location I’ve had it with the attitudes

The first thing I noticed was the minimal selection of donuts, considering it's a donut shop.
Second, the workers work in a mess. They don't clean as they prepare.
Third, this Dunkin charges 1.09 for a tiny cup of whip cream for pups. I thought Dunkin loved pups
and the most disturbing is how filthy the restroom is. Not just the bowl smears but the caked on dust, dirt, on the outside toilet. That means it's not cleaned regularly. Overall, not good. So sad because the coffee is decent and we were so excited when Dunkin came to Colton.

I just purchased 3 matcha iced lattes and they just taste like water. Cashier also didn’t get my order right. She has a very low volume voice so I don’t think she should be in the drive thru. I try calling Dunkin but there only a 1-800 number instead of having the local one. I wish I could get my money back

I haven't had issues with other dunkins before, but this place was the first time, sadly.
I got the deal for $5 and got a coffee and a bagel, but this coffee tasted like water. It was a bad coffee.
I don't know if it was a bad day to get it, but I think I shouldn't have gotten a tasteless coffee anywhere...
