Worse location, donuts always old. Dot know how to bag food. Why am I paying for donuts just for the frosting to be stuck to the bag! Will not giv them anymore of my money.

My team and I come around 6am each morning and the donuts do not taste fresh at all. I called the worker and she said they get delivered at 4 AM and they just sit all day.

Customer service very rude, at this location. It is even worse considering that the manager who is in a leadership position, dismissed customer concerns, and failed to satisfy a regular customer. I will not return to this location.

I have bought the special cup from here and getting refill everyday but suddenly today they said we don’t do refill and charge me medium coffee instead of charging me refill charge. I come everyday but now I think I have to choose the other place to stop by.

Has to be the worst dunkin in the southland area. Stupidity is requirement to work here. Literally denied me a refund by lying about an online process that clearly does not exist

We don’t often see managers going above and beyond for customers, that is why my experience here was so positive. I live in Cleveland and placed an order here to provide coffee and donuts for a local non profit. The order was picked up the next day, but the receipt was not. I needed the receipt to submit to my company for an expense report. Alicia reprinted it, took a picture and sent it to me. I was so grateful! I did stop in the next day on my way to visit the non profit. It was a wonderful atmosphere of hard working and busy employees. It was clean and there was nice music in the background. I spent about an hour working there using their internet. It felt like home and everybody made sure I had everything I needed. Of course the coffee was delicious! It’s Dunkin! And a lot less expensive than another coffee place! I love that they offer healthy options such as turkey bacon sandwiches. Great experience and a big thank you to Alicia for helping me out over the phone with her quick thinking and solutions to my problems!

I tries to go in an hour before closing and a young man who works there came out and motion to me to go through the drive thru. I didn't understand him so he explained there was a big spill and I go through the drive thru to see that they had mopped the store and I guess didn't want to mop again. Then I get to the windows to order my drink and the blenders were down. Really. Just close for the evening. Will not be going back and I was looking to purchase some of the DD stainless steel cups as gifts. Smh!

The service here is very good but my cocoa mocha latte is not that great. Have had it made much, much better. The milk in it tastes old and it's not very flavorful at all. So basically it tastes bland with a not so fresh milk taste. I probably won't order it here again out of fear of a repeat being that they're fairly pricey. The glazed donut was good however.
