I've gone to this Dunkin Donuts a few times, and it's a disappointment more than half the time. Most of the employees' attitudes suck, they're rude, and they put the donuts with the frosting side down Every. Single. Time. It is not hard to put them in frosting side up. I may as well just order a plain donut IF I ever go back again, since the bag ends up with the frosting all over it anyway. They are also almost always out of stuff. Dunkin Donuts went from being one of my favorite morning places to being somewhere I'll likely never bother with again, unless I'm at another location where I know they actually know what they're doing. This location is pathetic.

Coffee is great, but the customer service is lacking when we pulled up through the drive-through we told the lady we needed a moment where she then went at us after a moment we said we were ready to order. She said OK. Order did not tell us our total told us first window we pulled around. I give her my card and she pulls out her phone to check it before running my card. The only upside was the man who handed us Our coffee was very nice. Told us to have a great day, but they need to work on their customer service.

This place sucks. Every time I order something it’s messed up. Whether it’s on doordash or in the drive thru. They’re always out of stuff. Today I ordered a cold brew specifically with no dairy and they put whipped cream on top. I also got a muffin that’s rock hard and looks like it has sat out for a week. I’m done with this place. The muscle shoals location is the only one I’m going to bother with from now on.

We were the only car in the drive thru and it took them 5 minutes to even take our order. Pulled up to the window and the black lady with red hair had an attitude and told us to pull up to the second window.. The black guy looked mad we was even there, and he didn’t even fill our large coffee up and when we finally got the coffee we said thank you and he rolled his eyes.. we will not be back ever again. No wonder there are so many low ratings.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. But for the sake of being able to write a review I had to leave one. I will never visit this location again. We placed our order, pulled up to the window and paid, and our order was completely incorrect. They advised us to pull to the second window and our order would be corrected. They handed us our items and they were STILL incorrect. After leaving, I called the store and asked for the manager. I was advised that there was no store manager present today (Friday). I asked when the manager would be available, I was told tomorrow. I asked what time they’d be in to start their shift and I was told they weren’t allowed to disclose that information. So I called the corporate line and filed a complaint. This is a shameful excuse for a Dunkin’ Donuts store. Don’t waste your time or your money here.

Next time I go I’ll have pics. Came in for a box of donuts and had coupon for a free iced coffee. Had the vanilla and pecan, they were really good. I only asked for 2 pumps instead of the usually 3 and that was still sweet for me. Employees were nice and store looked clean. 6:00 am visit - Pumpkin Muffin is soft, fresh and Yummy. Coffee was great!

Me and my friend (both servers so we know how it is) pull up and ask for a strawberry frosted donut to which they respond “we don’t have those” which is totally fine. We ask for a chocolate frosted donut to which they yell back “we don’t have donuts!” and laughs at us. So we decide to ask for a banana chocolate chip bread, and before we could even finish they yell “we don’t have donuts!” And laughing like we were stupid. When we weren’t even asking for a donut, which we said back, then they replied “we don’t have muffins!” We decided to get nothing because at this point they were acting ridiculous. I’m guessing it was just some kids but there is no reason to act like that.

Waiting in line for 20-30mins is way too long for a drive-thru with minimal traffic. Every time I visit this location something is wrong with my drink order or food. Today they’ve finally lost my service! How do you forget to put bread on a sandwich?‍♂️? I understand it’s 7:30 in the morning but come on people. I’ve ruined my work clothes because y’all gave me a box dripping with oil and I dealt with my drinks being made wrong(still was good though). However, yesterday my sandwich had old smelly green eggs on it and today y’all forget the bread!
