Rooms are good enough to lay your head when you can't drive another mile. 2 bed queen 80.

Sugar ants around sink but no bed bugs!
Rooms were kinda dirty. Need deep cleaning and cosmetic work performed.

Satellite TV worked good. Shower has hot water! Only 2 towelsin double room 5. You will need to ask for additional towels.

Issues: ceiling tile was water damaged and tile hanging down above shower. Entire ceiling needs to be replaced due to potential mold.
I did not see mold. However it smelled musty.

No smoke detector with wires exposed!
Staff was very nice.

Room was so full of mold and mildew and smelled so musky we had to sleep with windows open all night and coughed our head off so needless to say we didn't get any sleep. We also had paid 76.99 for double room from already booking online through Expedia but when got there was told we would have to sleep in single bed for 53.89 because no double beds were available and that we would be credited back the rest. Well guess what, it's a scam, not Expedia nor this motel is willing credit my card back or do anything about it so it's being turned over to better business bureau. I'll never stay here again nor book through Expedia.

The room had a weird smell. They need to put in some damp rid and use some febreeze or something. It made me a little nauseous from the smell.

Rooms are old damp and mildewy. Jucuzzi jets full of black mold. Keys didn't work in door. It's in the middle of no where. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. I'd have done better rolling up my shirt and using it for a pillow. They advertise continental breakfast. No breakfast. Actually the front doors were locked all morning until check out time. Keep driving and stay somewhere else

Not so great. Bed was comfortable. That's it. Coffee pot was missing the tray. The blow dryer didn't work. There was a jacuzzi bathtub but you couldn't stop it because the stopper was missing. Black mold around jets. No way to turn on.. it should definitely be replaced. Not many people stayed there. There's a lot of toilets sitting on premises. Big eye sore. The rate was cheap enough. $75. That included $10 extra charge because I had my dog. Also there was a used bar of soap left from last time room was rented. Gross

My husband & I and 2 grandchildren stayed here for 3 days- from Texas for a Family Reunion. The first night room was not as clean- but spotless afterwards. The maids had no problem re cleaning and changing out the linen as we watched. The beds were very comfortable and we slept really good in them. Employees were very kind & helpful especially front desk clerk whom was standing in for the owner. We needed an iron and blow dryer and the desk clerk brought it himself. Needed extra towels had no problem getting them. I will say that the mosquitoes were bad in there but the mosquitoes were bad everywhere in Dumas. The pool was not cleaned nor opened for service which was too bad since it was very hot outside. There was a basic continental breakfast but even for the price of the hotel- I wouldn't have expected one. The location is great -right in the midst of all type restaurants, businesses and Walmart 20 miles away. The restaurant Sheps located right next door has a very delicious all you can eat buffet. If ever in town again we will definitely stay here. We travel a lot and stay in many ratings of Hotels & Inns. Our stay at Dumas Inn received more than expected for the cost. Very Satisfied Customers.

Wifi wouldn't work. Room smelled musty. Old furniture. No ice. Bed was comfy. Might stop for that if I'm ever here again

Horrible Inn I booked for three nights but I only stayed for 2. I called to ask if I could get a refund they said yes. I called once I was home and they said the owner wasn’t there to call back in 2 weeks. I called 2 weeks later and no answer now they said it’s too late.
