Dubunne is my favorite day spa in the South Bay! I have been here so many times and every single time I have loved it. My husband always gets me the ultimate spa massage for my birthday, valentines day, Mother’s Day etc and it is my favorite service. I have also come with a group and rented the patio and that is always so fun! The service is friendly and amazing and I love to use the sauna and steam room before I leave. 10/10 recommend Dubunne to everyone!

Best day spa i have ever been to!!!! I live in norcal near Sacramento and have been to the fancy spas in Napa too and this place is better! I have been to probably 20 day spas in my life and this is number 1! I will come back for sure! Veronica did my facial and she was amazing! The outside dry sauna and the zen garden was my favorite spot to chill. All the employees here were very helpful and amazing!

PAY CASH! The attendant doesn’t understand her own credit card system. Great service, terrible transaction process… Bought a spa package for my wife, she loved it. Had high praise for both her specialist. It was the end that soured the experience for both my wife & myself. Paid w/ CC. My wife calls me to let me know that the attendant is saying that the card is only allowing partial payment, nothing to be alarmed about. Wife was buying additional merchandise and the extra amount was not available on the card as I had only allocated for the package. Simple fix: transfer more $$$ to the credit card. Services & goods rounded up to about $394, I had $398 available. Wife calls me a minute later to inform me that the attendant doesn’t see a payment confirmation. I screenshot my bank app to show that DuBunne has charged my card twice for $330 & $68. I assumed they are like some Gas Stations that will put a hold on your card for the entire available amount when paying at the pump. The next 45mins were full of frustration from arguing with my wife to arguing with my bank because the attendant had us convinced it was an issue w/ our bank & had my wife worried that she couldn’t leave without being accused of stealing. My bank had a hard time assisting me because, in reality, everything was right on our end we had two pending transactions that would reflect as hard charges within the next 24hrs, which is the norm. So to calm my wife, I had her pay for the service on a different card & get a receipt so we could get a refund if the initial charges went through. Next day, I look at my account and see that not only did the charges go through, the amount was not adjusted to the actual charge of about $394. Instead DuBunne charged my card for the total available amount on the card. Quickly called and they said they would issue a refund and it would be back in my account within 3-5 business days.

Massage by Danielle was wonderful. Will definitely use her again. My only issue (maybe my fault), was I wasn't offered anything to drink before or after treatment.

A HIDDEN GEM! Truly one of the best Spa's in South Bay. My husband and I spent a day at Dubunne and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We were greeted so warmly by the front desk staff and every service provider was incredibly knowledgeable about their service, even the new services! You can tell the training is topnotch and the providers really care for their clients. We felt like we were in the best hands the whole time! Don't hesitate to book.

Been going to DuBunne for over 10 years. It is so relaxing! From the second you enter to the time you say goodbye, there are smiles and courtesies from everyone. Amenities are WONDERFUL and of course massages are THE BEST!
