I took my kids to St. Louis to visit the Gateway Arch, zoo, and Grant's Farm, and the Drury Inn was the perfect place to stay. The location was ideal—close to all the attractions but not right in the busy downtown area. A major plus was the free parking, unlike downtown hotels that charge for it.||My kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, and I appreciated that there were plenty of towels and that the hot tub was actually hot! Every staff member we encountered was friendly and well-trained in customer service. Two front desk workers went above and beyond, making excellent recommendations for our family. It was clear they were actively listening and understood exactly what we were looking for.||We stayed in a double bed suite, which was perfect for our family of five. My teen boys appreciated having their own space in the separate room with the pull-out bed. I liked that they were still in our suite, but I could close the door so my daughters and I could sleep without hearing them. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and very dark at night—great for a good night's sleep. The sheets and pillows were comfortable. While I prefer a firmer bed, my daughters loved the soft mattresses, and my boys said the pull-out sleeper was about what you’d expect—comfortable enough!||The breakfast was excellent, so much so that we ate there all three mornings. I appreciated the variety of eggs and sausage, which made it easy to have a protein-packed meal without loading up on carbs. The biscuits and gravy were delicious, and the coffee was great. I also loved that water was available all day for refilling water bottles.||We even ate dinner at the hotel two nights, and the variety of food at each meal was impressive. Originally, we planned to stay for just two nights, but we were enjoying our stay so much that we extended it to three!||If you're visiting St. Louis with family, I highly recommend this Drury Inn. Great location, excellent service, and fantastic amenities made our trip even better!

By far the friendliest and most accomidating staff I have ever experienced at a hotel. They were so nice to our grandsons. The amenities were outstanding. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was impeccable. Easy on and off I64. Walking distance to several restaurants. Pet friendly.

This is my second time staying here. The hotel is very clean and the staff are super nice. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. I accidentally spilled my daughter’s red medicine on one of the beds and when I called the front desk to ask for new sheets, she was so so kind. She didn’t seem put out or bothered at all. When she brought them to our room, I apologized profusely and she just smiled and said “Oh that’s ok. It happens. I’m happy to help.” She stayed and helped remake the bed. The breakfast has lots to choose from and was very good. My daughter enjoyed the pool as well. We would absolutely stay there again.

I’ve been making nearly yearly visits since this hotel opened up. It has slowly declined unfortunately. I recently stayed 6 nights . Upon arrival , there was an elevator inoperative which leaves only one which meant the wait was insane considering the 6 floors and number of guests for one elevator. Upon check in there were crumbs on the floor and a used crusty washcloth in the bathtub . I let that go until the next morning when I woke up to stink bugs all over my bed as I turned on the lights. I then requested another room. This room was cleaner, however the bedding was not and was stained up. I had to request new sheets and blankets and made the bed myself. Fast forward a couple nights later, I dropped a piece of chocolate on the sheet, so the next morning I pulled it off so housekeeping could change the sheet. As I get back into bed that evening my dirty sheet was put back on the bed! I then requested another sheet and once again changed it myself . This soured my remaining time in this hotel . Breakfast as good and delicious, evening snacks were good as well. During my stay the police visited twice in the lobby , not sure what happened, but a tad uneasy as a solo traveler this time. There are now many options in this area, and I will probably choose elsewhere next time.

Excellent stay for a family visit to see my son who attends McKendree University. We didn't have to leave the hotel unless we wanted to do so. The boys used the pool and hot tub. The breakfast had many options available, and the food was hot. Happy Hour was great as well!

Hands down, this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in terms of value/amenities for the price. I’m usually a Marriott customer, but this hotel beats any Marriott, with the possible exception of the JW brand. All employees were friendly and professional, but the cafeteria manager was especially helpful, cheerful and attentive.

The best hotel we have stayed in post covid. We booked the jacuzzi suite and the jets on tub worked perfect. Room was very clean and bed super comfortable. We found out when we checked in the each guest recieved 3 complimentary drinks from the bar downstairs during happy hour. They we're also serving dinner but we didn't get to try the food until the next morning at breakfast. Food was incredible and on point. The orange juice tasted like it was freshly squeezed. Please give your staff a raise, they are doing an amazing job. We will be back.

I’ll start with the positives. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. That was about the only positive of our stay. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything. On one side of our room we heard a family screaming in their room and slamming doors and blaring their tv, then on the other side you heard more yelling and banging against the wall at 1 in the morning. Needless to say, we had a very sleepless night. The bathroom also seemed as if it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly with hair in the shower. What a waste of money. Find a different place to stay.
