Great hotel and friendly, attentive staff. The heated indoor/outdoor pool is awesome and we were surprised the outdoor portion was open in March. The kickback with cocktails were nice. Conveniently located next to many restaurants and stores. Easy drive into St Louis. Walls are not thin at all, it's great! You can't hear anyone above you or next to you! Perfect hotel for families. We had wished the popcorn was stocked a little better in the evenings, it was hard to come by!

Awesome hotel for families. Walls are pretty soundproof which was great. Indoor/outdoor pool was a huge hit and we were happy the outdoor portion was open in March. We loved this hotel. My only complaint is that the chlorine seemed very strong.

Not as pleasant as before. Not as dog friendly as before. While grabbing as quick snack we were ask if our dog was a service dog by the manager. She ask us to leave. Asking if a pet is a service animal is against the law. There are no signs or posting in the hotel about service animals. It was embarrassing but we stayed polite. As I clean up the table she insisted to help. Then as I walked down the hall the man that was sitting next to us said he didn’t mean to get us removed. The night got worse around 1 am the hotel phone was making some type of noise. Around 4am the fire alarm went off. After we exit the building we were not told nor greeted by an employee. As guests stood outside in the cold wondering if the hotel was on fire or not. We never saw firefighters arrive. One police car arrived. After a while we noticed that guests were entering the hotel. Nothing from the staff. Some speculated that there was an issue with one of the elevator but no one knows for sure. Horrible experience and our dog was discriminated against. The law … staff are only allowed to ask two questions: (1) “Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability?” and (2) “What work or task has the dog been …. She did not ask about disabilities. We paid for our dog to stay at the hotel. She said this dog can’t be here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Drury Inn Fairview Heights. We chose this hotel because it was dog-friendly, and it did not disappoint. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was excellent.

During breakfast, we met a wonderful employee named Beth, who made our experience even better. Our stay took place over the Thanksgiving holiday, and despite the busy season, the staff remained professional, kind, and attentive. The front desk team was especially helpful and welcoming, making check-in and our overall experience seamless.

The room was comfortable and quiet, allowing for restful nights. The housekeeping staff was exceptional – very professional and thorough. They clearly take pride in their work, and we made sure to tip them for their excellent service.

The hotel’s amenities were impressive – from the well-maintained gym with updated equipment to the unique pool that is split between indoor and outdoor sections. If you want to switch between the two, simply swim under the divider to move outside. Additionally, the hotel offers convenient washer and dryer facilities, which made our extended stay even easier.

The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations each morning, offering a great selection of delicious options. We stayed for a week and consistently received outstanding service from every staff member we encountered.

This hotel truly made our holiday stay memorable, and we would happily return.

The staff here are very friendly! The rooms are spacious and very clean! Plenty of pillows to sleep with! We loved having breakfast every morning at the hotel and a light dinner at night! You did not hear noise from the other rooms! It was very relaxing during our time at the hotel!

The over all stay was good except for the fire alarm going off at 4 am this morning for a false alarm and having to make my children stand in the cold for an hour. Pretty irritated with that, but other than that the stay was good.

This hotel has everything! We were in town for a soccer tournament and several players and family’s stayed here. They have a delicious complimentary dinner buffet (pulled pork, baked beans, hot dogs, nachos, cole slaw, mac n cheese) and each adult got 3 complimentary beverages. I had the cherry vodka sour which was very yummy, they also had bloody Mary’s, beer, wine etc. And complimentary breakfast, with TONS of options. Every staff member was very helpful and friendly, any minor issue we had was immediately fixed (the Raisin Bran dispenser wasn’t working and our keys didn’t work, both promptly fixed)
The rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool was excellent! 1/2 indoor and 1/2 outdoor and also a large hot tub.
Very impressed and we would definitely stay again!
