Best thing is the complementary dinner and drinks. Good food and the bar tender was very nice. They are prompt with refills, great service.

Rooms are on the small side and queen beds seem small. The queen bed at home is larger so I personally think they are full beds.

Side door card scanner wasn't working so I had to go around front. One elevator in a building this size with 5 floors is an inconvenience as well. It seems on the slow side as well.

Location is ok, some stores around. Food is around but you won't need it. Right off the highway is a plus.

Pool is smaller and pretty full with kids mine included. Used towel bin was overflowing and no more would fit.

Overall great food, decent service, room is clean, wifi works well. Great if you are traveling for work. Ok if you have kids.

Hands down, this was the best work stay I’ve had. Location was convenient to grocery, retail and eating options. Check in was seamless and staff were amazing. The common areas were all very clean and just so accommodating. The rooms were very clean and comfortable; comes with a microwave and fridge and a coffee set up. I loved how comfortable by bedding was and bathroom was filled with towels! Even sitting in the chair in the room was like getting a nice little hug. The best part of staying at the Drury is the free yet tasty breakfast with all the trimmings. They also provide 3 free drinks per day. I really appreciated all of the amenities and can’t wait to visit again. I work in Springfield often so this is going to be my new go to.

Convenient to the highway, and nicely located.

Easy Check in, $50 charge for incidentals. Nice room, chair was a little too nice and lulled me into a late afternoon nap, which was probably needed.

Nice breakfast and Kickerback dinner, which can include 3 alcohol type drinks, if so inclined. There is also a popcorn machine for a nice snack!

Staff was universally nice, polite and helpful in all my interactions, both day and night.

I would happily stay here again, and other guests who had stayed at different Drury Inns said they have the same good experiences.

Nice hotel with excellent customer service. It’s not a luxury stay but just what we needed. We booked a night here to tour Lincoln history locations the next day with our son. Breakfast was better than most hotels where it is included. Lots of hot choices. Stay even included 3 drinks per evening from 530-7pm. Very nice perk! Front desk was very cheerful and helpful. We felt the showers in the room were exceptional! A steam shower experience! Thank you!

Great experience, we had to do a business trip with our little ones and this place offers great amenities that made our trip a breeze. Breakfast and dinner had a lot of options which was awesome since we have a picky eater. Hotel was very clean the best I've seen and the staff was very welcoming!

Stayed in a suite at this Drury Inn Mar 18-Mar 20 with my wife as she was in Springfield for a business trip. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the service was great. Having the suite made it comfortable enough as if you were in a small studio. I've always liked Drury Inns, specifically when my kids were younger, and we often stayed in them on road trips to Florida. If you are a person who is picky about water pressure for the shower, this one had excellent water pressure, which was amazing. The exercise room was limited, but otherwise, no complaints.

A plus that Starbucks was right next door. The free breakfast is a great deal, however, it is best to get down there once they put it out (hot and ready).

We have been to several hotels, in the last 3 months, for grandsons Show Choir, and this was by far tge best. The hotel was clean and lovely. Javier was the nicest clerk we have had in any hotel. The modern bathroom we wanted to take the whole thing home. The price was comparable to others in the area. It was a refreshing stay.

I've stayed at Drury Inns in Illinois and Alabama. In both locations, the people who worked there were exceptionally nice and welcoming. Don't know whether it's random chance or something special about the chain, but I'm looking forward to my next Drury Inn stay.

This one is noteworthy for the free drinks and meals. That's a super nice touch.
