Everyone on staff has been courteous and happy to please guests.
Upon checkin the front desk associate, Monica, took notice of my walker and changed our room to one that was closer to the elevator.
We were not sure where to get a late bite to eat. New associate, Cortez, gave us a couple of options of places that were open late.

The next morning we had breakfast.
We arrived at 9:35 which was close to the 10am end of service. The buffet was fully stocked and the food was fresh, hot. and delicious.
I complimented* Christina who was tending the buffet. Because of the State basketball games they were waiting for forks to be washed because the served a large crowd
She furnished me with a plastic fork.

As the buffet was so organized and clean I complimented* her directly about the great job she was doing.

I sat at a table where I could watch the breakdown of the buffet.
The team all had their assigned jobs and it was a quick takedown. I observed Christina do an excellent job of cleaning and sanitizing.

We really enjoyed our stay.
This was the first time staying at a Drury. It won’t be our last.

Dog friendly and clean room. Breakfast was better than most hotels in this class. Bonus is they have dinner. Not great but it will get you by. Really nice if you have kids. Two cocktail tickets for each room. Small beers and inexpensive wine. It’s the thought that counts!!

Breakfast and happy hour food some of the best you will get t a hotel. Service was great. Was greet4ed with a smile. Fitness equipment some of the best I have ever used. Highly recommend Drury Inn and suites in Champaign. I lucked out getting this hotel on Hotwire.

On our longer days traveling (600 miles +/-), we do not enjoy going back out for dinner after checking in and getting settled in our room. With the reception in the hotel, it makes it easy. The complimentary food choices exceeded my expectations. The chicken noodle soup was a bonus after the white cheddar mac & cheese and the pulled pork sliders. The three drink coupons were a nice gesture.

Cannot say enough about the staff. The General Manager was great with my four kids and trying to accommodate what they wanted. They were great!
And the pool is half inside and outside which I thought might be a tad chilly in March, but it turned out great and my kids loved it!
Would highly recommend!!

This was a decidedly mixed experience. Because there was an Illinois/Michigan game that weekend, we had trouble booking a hotel for a reasonable price. As it was, this was VERY expensive for a Champaign stay. I had low expectations and they were met. The positive first: the staff were universally lovely, professional, friendly, and really seemed to care about our stay - this was true of Check-in, Check-out, and the breakfast team and bar tender. There are a lot of nice amenities including three free drinks at happy hour, a fairly generous food service in the evening, and a terrific free breakfast which included scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy plus pancakes and waffles, oatmeal, juice, coffee and fresh fruit. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature excellent. |The negative: the room was barely bigger than the bed which given the price we were paying was more than a little disappointing. The bathroom was cramped and impossible for two people to maneuver in . As with everywhere else in the hotel, the lighting was simply awful. The room lights were harsh and overly bright, as they were in the hotel lobby and the bar. It was such a contrast with the friendliness of the staff to be in such an environmentally unfriendly environment. This is an easy fix but without it, I would not stay there again unless I absolutely had to.

We had a wonderful experience at the Drury Inn. Having traveled 3 hours with 2 small children, the check in process was a breeze and the staff greeted us with a smile and welcome. They were always polite in our interactions. The room was tidy and spacious (King bed suite). I could've slept in that bed for days! Our 2 year old loved the tub for bubble bath time. |Our only slight disappointment was that the pool was too chilly for our son to swim in for long. It is both an indoor and outdoor pool with a divider in the middle. There were heated jets but they aren't strong enough in the winter to make the water comfortable for a toddler. Something to keep in mind if you're staying in the colder months with a small child.|Otherwise, our stay was fantastic! Will definitely stay again if we are in the area in need of a hotel.

Convenient location close to restaurants right off the interstate. Check in was great and staff friendly. We received three free drinks and food at happy hour. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the included breakfast included many different options. Great stay and great value. I definitely recommend Drury for your travel stay needs.
