Butternut here again national truck driver traveling across America finding gems. Found this one in a bind my company Legend transport layoff 200 employees and left some of us stranded didn’t care how we got home. So got a bus ticket and and try to find hotel all were over priced and didn’t want to help. Except this place when I called I told them only needed room for half day they were more than happy to help at a great rate so I didn’t have to wait at bus stop all day. The young lady and her husband was so sweet and kind. If I’m here again will definitely book this place. Not fancy or a lot of amenities but clean and service and kindness make more money like that. Nice quaint room

We had the nicest stay here. The staff couldn't have been nicer and the room was spacious with a big patio and an amazing view of the Zion mountains. There's a stop to the Zion National Park right in front of it. We would definitively stay here again.

What makes this three stars is the manager nd the maid ,Maria are decent people .the beds are good size. The downfall is the water doesn't stay hot very long for my. Showers and sometimes you get the opportunity on listening in on the next door neighbors conversation even if you don't want to ...

The room was less expensive than others so you get what you pay for. The area around the hotel wasn't very nice and there was a cop in the parking lot around midnight. The room looked like it had seen better days. The owner was rude so be prepared for banging on the door and window at 10:45 for check out.

Way too expensive for rooms that needed to be cleaned and sprayed for roaches! There was cops raiding another guests room..sketchy af! Plus check out was at 8AM which is absurd in my opinion!

Found a crack pipe under the bed.
Shower fills the tub up wont drain.
Bad electrical outlet.
But the room wows okay.
Crappy bed and head board hit the wall each toss or turn I made.
Heard owner pounding on someone's door so they can check out and it wasn't 11 yet. Wont Come back here.
And just now he knocked on my door telling me 11 o clock is check out at 9:50. But they tell you when you check in.

First night had bed bugs. Move to a new room, then Water started pouring from the ceiling. Ask for another new room and they refused they said there was no problem I can stay in the room they had to water pouring from the ceiling. I checked out.
