Dresser Winery is an absolute gem! As a photographer, I’m always drawn to venues that not only offer stunning views but also an inviting, relaxed atmosphere—and Dresser has both in spades. Every corner of the property is photo-ready, from the rolling vineyards to the beautifully designed spaces that reflect the heart of Central Coast wine country. The light here is magical, especially at golden hour, and the intimate setting makes every event feel extra special. Truly a lovely venue for a beautiful, memorable day!

Had a great wine tasting experience at Dresser Winery a week from harvest time. Grounds were beautiful and so serene! We sampled so many great wines here but didn't fully appreciate the quality of these wines until we opened up Daydreams for the holidays! Truly an exceptional wine! So glad we became members as we can't wait for our next shipment! Our favorite winery from this Paso east side tour!

Fantastic winery!! Big bold red wines, beautiful intimate grounds, and great staff. I love it when the owner/winemaker takes the time to spend time with the guest, Kory will definitely make it a fun time. Strongly recommend visiting.

This is a unique and intimate wine tasting experience that you wont get anywhere else. My husband and I did a tasting with the owner, Kory. He toured us around the property and it felt just like we were at a friend's house. The conversations were organic, the views were amazing, and the wine was just as amazing. We took home a bottle of Sigh-la, their rosé. We can't wait to tell our friends and family to make a reservation for a tasting at Dresser!

What a great experience this was! Kory was amazing serving and explaining the wines and sharing there story ! Even gave us a few extra taste ! There was 2 couples and we left with 8 bottles and will for sure be back ! Ask about the SFR blend ! It was amazing !! What a fun day ! Call ahead for a reservation will assure a spot ! This was an amazing find on the east side of Paso !!!

Kory entertained us for almost 2 hours with a private tasting in the barrel room..all our friends loved the visit and learned a little about the wine making and vineyards. We tasted a lot of wine at different winery’s but no one came close to Dresser Winery. All the wines were bolder and the taste pours were like full glasses of wine. We didn’t complain. Lol. Can’t wait to come back again.

My family and I stayed at the Dresser Estate recently and did a tasting with Kory. The property is beautifully laid out and landscaped. Our grandson was in heaven for four days watching deer, bunnies and quail run around (we even saw a fox on property!) We grilled every night in the beautiful backyard and enjoyed the jacuzzi & sauna regularly.

I'll admit that we are kind of wine snobbish and we had never heard of Dresser wines. Since we were staying there we decided to do a tasting with Kory shortly after getting settled at the house. Didn't want to offend the hosts! 🙂 I wish we had saved it for last, as every other wine and experience fell well short of Dresser. Hands down the best wine we found of our 7 stops in Paso. Special shoutout for their Zin's, Syrah's and Petite Syrah's!
I think we bought six cases, which was more than all of the other wineries combined.

Kory and Catherine are both so enjoyable and hospitable to be around that I caught myself forgetting I was in someone else's home!

Kory (owner)and Ron did our tasting and was simply superb. We leaned SO much about the winery, its history and more. We could not leave without a couple bottles of Dresser incredible wines. We LOVED this place, and I work in the wine industry. It is also a beautiful winery physically.

Be sure not to miss it!
