The best nail salon in Gainesville. They are very professional and always do a perfect job. Ann is a joy and she always makes sure to give the best manicure. I will not go anywhere else!

First time doing an sns manicure and massage in Georgia and I must say it is by far one of the BEST experience I’ve had. It’s a perfect way to end off a vacation. For anyone visiting from New York, I definitely recommend it. Thank you to my beautiful cousins Carla and Michelle for bringing me here and thank you to all the beautiful ladies at the spa!!

My friend and I whom hadn’t seen each other in a while got an appointment for a pedicure and nail color. This was our first time here and we signed in at the desk and waited but no one even looked at us or offered to help. Finally, someone asked what we wanted and I was pointed to the nail polish while my friend got gel on her nails. When I was done, I stood in front of that same lady and she ignored me. Another woman walked by and said, “how can I help you” and when I responded she also ignored me and did nothing. I went to my friend and sat next to her. After they finished her nails, I was told to sit in the pedicure chair with no water (and still no service at this point). My friend got her pedicure started and halfway through mine started. At this point, any frustration we encountered was okay bc we got to sit together and spend time. My friend was done watching before I was and I still had my nails to be done. I was asked 3 times if I wanted a gel manicure but I said no I want JUST a color change, no manicure. Well, I got a manicure and I didn’t fuss, I just paid for it. I’m upset today bc I not only paid for something I kept saying I didn’t want, but the paint looks horrible and I was cut on 2 different fingers. I’m afraid to even look at my toes and have not yet. I feel regretful spending money on polish I took off today and my cut up fingers. If you go here and don’t get treated like you’re there for a service, I suggest you leave bc it does not get better.

Wonderful gem of a spa! All of the staff gave me and my sister the best treatment and made our day special. Great nail care and ooh the hot rock massage! My nails never looked so good. My new “go to” spa.

Wow, what an awesome first-time experience. I called to see if they could give me a pedicure during my lunch hour and they delivered. It was so relaxing and the best pedicure I have ever had. Thank you, Niki, for an amazing experience. I will definitely be back.

HORRIBLE. Waited 45 mins for our couples massage then told that room wasn’t available and we had to do separate rooms. I let them know that’s the room I made an appointment for and that’s what we wanted and then it was suddenly available. Then while getting undressed for the massage a women comes right in while me and my husband are standing there in just underwear. Then gave me a deep tissue stone massage when I told them 3 times I didn’t want that. So painful, we will never be back.
