We were initially put in the south tower for our 3 night stay. The room itself was nice enough. The room and bathroom are updated. The bed was comfortable. However our first morning there, the water didn't get hot in the shower. SO we took lukewarm/cold showers. However, we went down to the front desk and they moved us to a new room in the North tower no questions asked. 5 stars for the front desk staff, every encounter was lovely!
In the new room, we received the oddest cleaning service I've ever received. We hung up our towels intending to use them again. However, housekeeping replaced all the towels and did nothing else. The bed wasn't made and trash wasn't taken out. Simply just the towels were swapped. It didn't really bother us, just an observation.
Overall, we would stay here in a pinch again if needed. The front desk staff and updated details make it worth the stay. Parking was also only $19 +tax a night which is affordable for the city.

Nice hotel, well located. The check in staff was rude, barely welcoming, and pretentious. However the check out staff was kind.
The room (305) was unfortunate. It was spacious & clean, and the bed was comfy..but it did not feel guest-ready. There were missing towels... Like only one bath towel but two sets of hand/washcloths, no bath rug for outside the shower, no trash can. The room was rather dimly lit, and only one of the bedside lights worked. Plugs are very limited in the room and only one between the beds and the other one beside the bed was broken and would just push into the wall when you tried to plug in. Some fixtures in the bathroom were broken and hanging. The air conditioning control panel was busted and it was set to heat and we had to call maintenance to get it to turn off of heat and then he set it so cold and we couldn't get it to turn off cold. Even though it seemed quiet in the hallway, the room was actually extremely poorly insulated and in the middle of the night I was woken up twice by people slamming doors and moving in adjacent rooms.
For almost $300 and the Hilton brand I really expected better.

Stayed here for a Small Business Expo. The room was very clean and spacious with a good TV and coffee maker. Location is right next to the airport. I accidentally left some stuff in my room when I checked out, they didn't call me once to let me know I left items in my room. For the hefty price they charge they can at least let you know that you left items. I was at the hotel all day that day at the expo I could have easily picked up my stuff if they had let me know...

This hotel is starting to get a bit run down. The window in my room was wide open when I arrived, and the lock was broken. The toilet seat was dirty also. I’m glad I was only here for one night because there were 4 different homeless people in the lobby (the police had to come and escort 2 of them out in the morning). The card reader to activate the elevator was not active, so anyone can get to your room. The parking lot is small and there were also homeless in the parking lot. This is not a safe hotel. I will not stay here again, even though the front desk lady was very nice.

Good hotel in a close proximity of the San Francisco airport. Room was clean and well equipped. We welcomed with friendly stuff and hot cookies!
However, I cannot say same good words about their airport shuttle service. Hotel didn't run this service by themselves but they need to improve it with the provider.

Lobby reception staff was poor. I arrived mid afternoon with two very heavy bags. To enter the lobby, you must climb up steps or use a very long extended ramp, which would be challenging for many travelers with disabilities . I requested help at the reception desk to bring my bags into the lobby and in a nasty and unhelpful manner was told to use the ramp. For a second time I requested help and finally, after a long wait, they sent someone to help me with the bags, but they never improved their attitude. When I got to the room, I discovered that it was barely adequate and certainly not up to the standard I expected for the price. There is no value for money in this hotel. There was no toothbrush or toothpaste. The hardware around the shower door was in poor condition.I had to walk across the busy highway to a gas station convenience store to buy enough bottled water to get me through the night and morning. I would definitely never recommend this hotel to anyone and regretted that I didn’t stay across the street.

The first 2 rooms would not cool down. For a Hilton top brand hotel the bathroom shower was sad. No shower gel and the shower head was pathetic (not even a rain shower). The water flow was sad.
The staff in the restaurant was awesome and so was the food and the potion size.
Front desk attendants were very helpful.

Why call this place an “airport hotel” and list an airport shuttle as an amenity when the shuttle is useless? If you are unwilling/unable to wait 45 minutes for a shuttle pickup at the airport or have a very early flight, prepare to add $60 in round trip Uber costs to your stay. Had a 5:20am flight but the shuttle doesn’t run until 5am.
USBs at bedside are all busted, so bring your portable battery charger. A weird room layout with a couch just sitting in the middle of the room awkwardly taking up space.
