Good service is good service whether you're at a Four Seasons or a Motel 6. Every person I came across from the gent checking me, to the bartender, to the staff in the hall asking if I needed help finding my room was top notch. Traveling alone for work every single week, I deeply appreciate feeling seen and being offered inviting hospitality. I will definitely stay here again when in SB. Also, the new room remodels are very nice.

Incredible customer service from the time that we arrived and we're greeted and helped by Navy, who was the quintessential professional. Every employee that I had come in contact with during my stay was very friendly, helpful and professional as well. The room was beautiful and so was the rest of the property. I haven't been to this hotel in about 30 some odd years, but it's only gotten better. Based on my experience during this stay, it will be my go-to hotel from now on.

I had such a positive experience checking in. Immediately I was greeted by a hotel desk agent, Nigel, who is beyond kind. He was genuine and made small talk about my sweater. He was informative about the key cards (how you use them and how they can deactivate), he added a guest to my room, let me know the information about check out, luggage carriers, breakfast location, and offered me a chocolate chip cookie (he made sure to inform me that it had walnuts).

Nigel has such a great and positive personality; he is a delight to be around! Nigel has astounding customer service, definitely someone you want to keep as an employee, and I would encourage you to excel him as manager. He cares for the guests, the services provided, and the property!

During my conversation with Nigel, I talked to Refugio, Nigel’s supervisor, as well and had a few laughs about the luggage carriers (I drew a blank and called them strollers). I asked Refugio about the policy with luggage carts and he said it’s appreciated by staff if they are returned (which I did). Refugio and I made small talk about the day and then he tended to other guests as they approached the front desk.

As I was leaving, Refugio asked if I wanted to fill out a card for Nigel about my experience and the hotel. I am so pleased to fill one out because both men had exceptional customer service and I want to acknowledge them!

It keeps getting better and better at this hotel! When I had dinner at the dinning room area my server, Ashlee, was so kind and kept checking up on me and refilling my water. Refugio gave me a 15% off coupon to use for dinner. The food took me by surprise by how delicious it is and how large the portion sizes were. The shrimp fettuccine is AMAZING!

Little bonuses:
I watched a movie on TV and when I came back I noticed the TV is programmed to your name.

The thermostat is updated and on the wall vs outdated and on the window.

The bed is super comfortable and the pillows are firm but still squishy!

My experience here was great! The front desk worker was so kind, they let us check into our room early, and they had warm chocolate chip cookies ready for us when we arrived! The room was clean, and the beds were so much more comfortable than the hotel we stayed at previously! Cozy, modern, and everything we needed. Thank you for the experience!

We were grateful to get a room upgrade, we had a suite with a living area and a bedroom. The bedroom AC unit only had hot air and the living room AC unit worked as expected. The shower didn’t work, it dripped water. (3 seconds to fill a plastic cup). I am happy to have running water but I shouldn’t have to pay for a room that doesn’t have enough water pressure to shower comfortably. I notified the front desk and they said they will let maintenance know. That doesn’t make my stay more acceptable. I won’t be back. I think less of Hilton for how they handled this and their response. I will stick with Marriott going forward. Not that it matters to them but I was extremely disappointed. I have video of the shower however Google reviews doesn’t allow for photos. I’ll post under website page.

The rooms are nice and spacious. The bed is soooo comfortable. The front desk was nice. Check-in was nice and fast. The food is pricey, and they have their own little market. Also pricey,but it's all about convenience. There are restaurants in walking distance. Golden Corral is like a 4minute walk. They are a buffet. We will be going back to the double tree Hilton. I did love my stay.

The service and location is nice. The only issues I did experience is that inside the rooms there are missing bottles of soap and shampoo ( the ones that are supposed to be attached to the shower walls and sink walls ) . As if someone yanked them off the wall.
Not to complain about the shower heads but the one we had seemed it was on its last legs. Making sounds as if it was about to fall apart.
For a $200+ price range i would expect quality items.

The bed however made up for those because it was very comfortable. Feels like you're sleeping on a cloud. I would've preferred to sleep in and stay there for more than 2-3 nights. But overall the experience was good.

What an amazing experIence! I had an amazing stay here! First, the rooms are spacious, well-designed and comfy. Second, the location is very convenient, right off the 10 fwy. Third the service staff is super friendly and helpful! I am so pleased that we chose to stay with Double Tree by Hilton! Oh and the cookies were a favorite for my kids!
