Situated within walking distance from the Citadel outlet - approximately 450m.

Rooms are neat and tidy. 2 bottles of water tea and coffee station provided. Breakfast is very basic, service is great. Has a bar that’s opened at certain times. Large outdoor pool. No Room service. The passage leading to the elevator to get to the rooms has a weird stinky smell everytime I passed by.

Rooms were spacious, not bad. They were clean and had a comfortable bed and big tv. The staff, especially Luis, were super nice and helpful. And of course the Citadel Outlets are in close walking distance of the hotel. There is no free breakfast nor fridge or microwave in the room. Would I stay here again? Yes.

From the moment we walked in to the moment we checked out, staff welcomed us with genuine smiles. It felt like I was visiting family. Our rep, Rose arranged for our room to be in a quiet location due to the special needs my autistic son has while sleeping. She also provided the necessary bedding for my special needs child. Tina offered amazing service to my autistic son. She helped him feel at ease while dining. Rose and Claudia made checking in a breeze and Marlon (I think that’s his name.) made sure our room accommodations were fulfilled. He double checked our room to make sure it was clean and well maintained. Having a special needs child could be very stressful while traveling.

The staff is very friendly & accommodating! Luis & the staff were wonderful!! Great customer service & concern for safety. Clean rooms & very quiet. If I come back, I would absolutely stay here! Highly recommend!

Pretty good hotel although I'm not happy that they charge for parking separate. Just add the parking fees to the nightly rate it's not that hard. Location is not the best and got very busy on a Saturday evening with not enough parking for actual hotel customers. All adjacent parking was also full and doesn't allow overnight. The room was okay not the nicest and the lack of a mini fridge was displeasing. I've stayed at very low tier hotels with mini fridges and more amenities. The wifi speeds were decent at 10mbps symmetrical per client. Signal for wifi was also good. The TV was nice and big and the beds and pillows especially were great. Staff was very friendly as well and accommodated a late checkout. I think I would stay here again but not for over 200 a night there's much better hotels for the money around.

Room and hotel were clean. I feel like if the hotel had more lightning in the parking lot and front, it would be better.
I want to thanks Luis Vazquez, he was very helpful to us and has a great customer service, he work extra hours during our stay and keep the same good energy at all times.

Very accommodating people with very accommodating amenities and accommodating spaces. I feel my personal accommodations were meet and I feel my expectations have been satisfied. My jeans surely fit much higher and tighter after my stay.

This place is a scam. First they charge for parking when they have this massive parking lot. $15 per night. Breakfast is about $27. Already annoyed. Then I see that I was charged again $6 after I already got my receipt and checked out. Yeah those basic Pure life waters in the room are not complimentary they are $3 a bottle. I am surprised they don't charge their guest use their pool. All the fees are crazy gotta love overprices LA.

The rooms are dated and very small. Looks like someone puked on the hallway carpet and it was not cleaned by the time I checked out next morning. I would stay elsewhere plus this area is not that great for what you pay for. You can get a Hilton close to the beach for the same prices. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend this place to anyone
