Honestly, I'm not very familiar with the area, but there seems to be a decent amount of restaurants in the area. The hotel's coffee shop is very small but offers good prices. The fitness center was possibly smaller. My favorite part of this hotel was the pool and hottub area. I visited in January 2025, so the weather was already cold, but the pool was comfortably warm! It had a beautiful outdoor seating area that was so inviting even tho I was by myself!

The picture speaks for itself. When a hotel charges $2.50 for a bottle of water while already charging over $200 per night, what does that say about their hospitality and generosity towards guests? How is someone supposed to feel when a plastic water bottle costs $2.50? If a vending machine is charging that much, I would understand, but the hotel is supposed to provide the bare minimum—a water bottle—at no charge. They don’t even mention, for example, that the money could go towards housekeeping, which might be more understandable. Instead, it seems like it simply adds to the hotel’s profit, on top of the $200 per night rate.

Best Hilton property in Fresno that I've stayed so far. Yeah it's a little older property but it has its charm and the staff there is always friendly. Ive stayed here more than 6 times in the last year and I keep coming back because of the location being close to everything. And secondly their bar and restaurant have never failed.

I came here for a work trip. It seemed like one of the nicer hotels in the area, and it was. The lobby and courtyard area are somewhat stunning for a lower budget hotel. They really look nice. The room was well accommodated, the check-in procedure was quick, and the staff was friendly.

A couple of small complaints, one would be the shower. Due to its upward design, the shower curtain would not stay closed, and it kept opening while in the shower, eventually soaking the floor. I had to get a bit creative with a coat hanger, but that design really needs to be tweaked.

Secondly, there were two fire alarms during my stay. The fire alarm in the room went off, but there was no messaging over the speaker other than the alarm. When I walked outside, no one seemed to be panicking, and the housekeepers said it was OK. However, it would have been nice to be informed over the speaker that it was just a drill, to stand by while they investigated, etc.

Regarding food, I had breakfast in their restaurant; it was just OK. They had a Pizza Hut sign by the elevators, but there really is no actual Pizza Hut Express or otherwise; you just order it from one of the restaurants. I also ordered a Caesar salad at the bar. The bartender was really friendly, and offered good service, so he got a decent tip.

They have an outdoor covered pool and jacuzzi. I never made it in there, as it was always filled with people. They also have a nice workout room.

There is ample parking and free EV charging. There’s two Tesla connectors but only one CCS connector.

Overall, this was a good pick. If I came back to Fresno, I'd stay here again.

I will be back! The experience was great. Location is very centrally located so it's helpful. Its rough at night but thats to be expected in DT Fresno. I felt that the hotel does great keeping everything as safe and secure as possible overnight.

The rooms were clean, staff was friendly and the hotel itself felt warm. Thanks for a great stay and see you all soon!

Great customer service. Rooms are nice and clean. I would have given five stars. However, the breakfast could be better. The eggs were so overcooked, rubbery, and burnt. The cook tries to hide it by putting the burnt side down, but just so you know, you can't hide burnt eggs. The waitress was very nice and handled it professionally offered me more eggs but I refused being in a hurry.

well worth the stay for us!
Quickly greeted once we entered (around 10:30pm) by Beth, one of their evening team members. Great service and we appreciated the cookies.

Breakfast at the Java stop is a quick grab and go as needed, you pay a little more for the convenience but it’s worth it. Had a couple of lattes here and barista made it well every time.

Rooms were pretty good, only feedback is not being able to use Netflix or cast to it.
Internet does give you an option between free standard wifi or paid wifi. We did utilize the paid wifi for part of our stay and the increase in speed when we needed it was helpful.

Security does patrol the parking lot and lobby, which does provide an extra sense that your vehicle will be safe overnight.

Very quiet hotel, the waterfall helps with the ambience. Would easily stay here when in the area again.

I specifically requested a quiet room multiple times, but my windows are directly above loud AC units. I have a medical condition and can’t sleep with this level of noise. I’m here for job-related training, yet instead of resting, I can’t even stay in my room due to the noise. Despite kindly asking for a quiet room from the start, they assured me it would quiet down by 10 PM. It’s now past 11 PM, and it’s still unbearably loud. I usually go to bed by 9 PM, and now I’m up with no solution in sight. When I called again, they showed no concern, essentially telling me to forgo sleep and wait until tomorrow. This is how they treat someone with a condition like mine. Additionally, there are three EV charging stations outside, but gas vehicles are parking there, with plenty of other spaces available, and no one seems responsible for addressing this issue.

The next day, Michelle called me and rushed me to come change rooms. Her attitude was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She gave me a terrible room that smelled like cigarette, and the bed was noisy. I asked if it was really necessary to move to such a bad room, and with sarcasm, she told me to hurry up and either vacate my current room or go back to it because they needed to clean it. The service here is a mess. I don’t understand how they hire people like this, getting upset just because you politely ask for a service. They just don’t care there is no management to take care of this and they do what they want.
