If you're staying in flagstaff, stay here. This hotel was great, and offered delicious warm cookies at the front desk. Rooms were recently redone and everything was still new when we stayed. A little bit of furniture was dated but still looked good.

The hotel is clean and quiet, but it was showing its age in the elevators and in the rooms. We've stayed at other Doubletrees before, and while we know there's no free breakfast, they would at least have free coffee and tea set up in the lobby each morning. But, not this one. If I didn't want my in-room coffee, I would have had to pay $5 for a cup at their on-site restaurant. ||For anyone looking to stay within the Hilton family of hotels in Flagstaff, I would recommend looking at other options.

I planned on staying here for 1 night and ended up being here for 5 nights. The customer service is phenomenal, amazing room service, great hot tubs and sauna, and super cozy comfy rooms. Also love the fireplace. This is where you should stay if you’re in Flagstaff. Best hotel I’ve ever been to. SLAY!

I booked my room through Expedia, who completely botched my reservation. Not only did Hilton fix the problem, but Dakcota and Cassidy went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. Everything was quite lovely about the hotel with nice friendly customer service and a good value for the price, that is until 12:30 at night when a late night arriving couple next door showed up with their dog who they left in the room while they spent an hour or so doing something elsewhere. Despite the policy that the hotel has about not leaving dogs unattended in the room, that's what they did, and the dog barked for an hour. Turns out the walls and or the ventilation system are such to transmit the sound seamlessly from room to room and that was the end of our good night's sleep. They offered us a single breakfast voucher because only one of us could take advantage of it. Still hoping to speak with a manager, after several phone calls they did call me back. The assistant manager was quite friendly but not eager to make amends. She offered us "maybe two breakfast vouchers" should we come there again. (Had we been reward members she offered us points but we were not.) In summary it was our sole purpose to get a good night's sleep and unfortunately that was impossible. Otherwise, all was well but my usually easy-to-please partner happened to mention that the breakfast wasn't at all worth the money they were charging. i hope this helps.

lastly, great shower, decent beds and linens, nice pillows, good location, and spotlessly clean. we just had bad luck with the neighbors and the thin sound proofing.

UPDATE: not sure if they saw this review or not but today they initiated a $30 partial refund which we find to be an acceptable and appreciated gesture. upping my rating by one star.

I had a fantastic stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Flagstaff! From the moment I checked in, the service was outstanding—the warm cookie was a great welcome touch. The room was spotless, spacious, and extremely comfortable, making for a perfect night's rest.

The location is ideal, close to downtown Flagstaff and within driving distance of top attractions like the Grand Canyon and Sedona. The hotel offers excellent amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center, a relaxing hot tub, and delicious dining options. The on-site Japanese steakhouse was a highlight, offering an incredible dining experience.

The staff was professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make my stay enjoyable. Everything about my visit exceeded expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

when you pay for a quality room at a reputable hotel tht is truly what you expect. we had a bathroom sink tht wouldnt drain..seriously? you open a room without checking it? we had the absolute worse ac ive ever experienced along with the ac vents covered in dirt. they offer you a mini refrigerator however anything you put in there freezes up. the noise from the floor above was quite loud along with the parking lot noise. i expected more.

This isn’t a 5 star luxury resort, but it’s a GREAT value! Cozy lobby with fireplace and lounge. Our room and bathroom were both very clean, and the carpet seemed new. Great water pressure in the shower, and the bed was super comfy! The hotel was safe, quiet, & had no weird smells!
