I travel for work and stay in a different hotel (mainly Hilton) almost every night across the country. The housekeeping was some of the best I've seen, however the front desk people were some of the rudest and non-helpful people I've encountered at any Hilton property. I had several interactions with them including the manager about our tour bus parking. They weren't going to guarantee parking and told me it didn't matter if we were Platinum or Gold status (which most of our group is). We stayed 3 nights and had 8 rooms.
They could have been nice about it, but elected to be rude at every turn. There were several other people there with an assortment of issues as well.
I don't recommend this one.

I was there with group for 3 days. Unfortunately, we experienced the water main break at your hotel. I do appreciate the free bottles of water, but we had no water to use the shower nor the toilet. My brother and I left the hotel in the snow storm to go get gallons of water so that we could use the toilet. No one could give us a time when the problem would be fixed, so we had to find another hotel that had accomodations. By it being Valentine Day weekend, we found one that wasn't in the Skokie area. I loved the hotel, as it was very clean and the staff was nice. In the near future if that happens again, maybe have gallons of water so that your customers can do the bear minimal to handle hygiene. I would recommend the hotel.

Annaliza’s good morning gestures are wonderful. Her thoughtfulness on scheduling my weekly visit, never goes unnoticed. Her attention to detail and the warm welcomes makes my stay as if it was a second home. I am super grateful for the way she addresses me on a daily basis. An amazing employee.

The hotel is good overall. The room is rather small and the overall condition is definitely not at the alleged 4 star level. Disappointed that they charged us for water in the room we didn’t drink, which was eventually refunded after I called them but this has never happened to me before at a Hilton. Be sure to check your credit card changes. One other thing: the thermostat is broken so the room is super hot.

On March 23 , 2025, I have not expected that day that I am being kicked out by the security guard she is very rude telling me to get out of the building, I even explained to her that I am one of the organizers in that event., she refuse to listen my explanation, she keep telling me to get out and I said my daughter is a minor and I can’t leave the hotel, and my stuff is in there at Monaco conference room. I was seating at the lobby and she came back and forth telling me to get out, it was pouring rain and cold outside I don’t have my car key with me , I felt like a garbage and maybe because of my look she treated me like not like her skin? . So they don’t let me go up and join the conference until it finished they put me in a room to wait until another person security guard came and let me go up . And the lady guard was in the elevator again confronted me to get out. I don’t want to make a big scene I need to be out of her way, we pack and get my daughter and my stuff. But that day it will not be happened again. I had payed that event it’s not worth it.and the food you serve there no taste at all. The beef and the chicken .i don’t want to recommend this hotel. I am very upset…..

My husband and I had a three night stay at this hotel and it was very relaxing. I always travel with extra cleaning supplies to make sure our stay at hotels are as comfortable as possible. I was thoroughly impressed when I wiped down the surfaces and floors to see no signs of dirt or dust! The sheets and comforter were clean and crisp! It was nice and quiet and the staff was so nice and polite! We will definitely be staying here again!

The rooms were clean, the location was nice, free parking was great. Unfortunately the temperature control throughout the hotel was not working. The lobby was sweltering and our room did not get below 75 degrees the whole night. Yes it was an unusually warm day, but I can't believe that it was just normal? Or that something wasn't broken? We turned the thermostat way down, fan on full blast, and was told to crack the window. None of which helped at all. When I checked out I asked what they could do to compensate the fact that we could not get any sleep as our room was so warm. She said that our room was non-refundable, so they couldn't give us any refund. She said that the manager would send us some Hilton points.I asked how much. She didn't know. The manager never contacted us. And we never got any additional Hilton points. I don't think anything was done and she just wanted us to leave. I was really frustrated. We were also Hilton Honors members and never got any of the perks we should have gotten at check in. Overall, I'm really frustrated with this stay. We have stayed at a lot of Hilton properties and even when things were under construction we at least got apologies and offers for things to compensate. I would verify that things are fixed before staying there again.
