I did not stay here, but I attended a conference for 4 days. The refreshment and snacks in the room were good. They lunch we were served was good, too. The hotel manager (Andres, I think) was amazing. He went above and beyond.

My only complaint was the public restrooms by the conference room. The ladies' room had a strong sewer odor. It smelled really bad in the restroom. They need to add bleach somewhere or put a vent system in there.

Booked the Bridal Suite for our wedding as this hotel was conveniently close to our venue. The suite had plenty of space including a large living room we used to prep the bride and 7 other woman with ease. Suite includes 2 bathrooms, a smaller guest bathroom, and a master bath for the bride. Her room is separated by a door giving her privacy to relax and decompress in prep for the big day. There is a great spot in the back of the property that has a gazebo overlooking a small pond. We used this location for First Look photos, and they turned out wonderful. In terms of facilities, the hotel has a pool, 24hr fitness center, and onsite American grill restaurant. We did not try the grill for lunch/dinner. In terms of service, the hotel was phenomenal. The Director of Rooms, Nick, and Elaina both were very accommodating grabbing extra chairs to bring to the bridal suite for the prep as well as storing some drinks the day before the event. They even went as far as to add some decor and complimentary finger foods following the wedding completion. We were very pleasantly surprised and would definitely recommend a stay here including for a wedding.

Here on a business trip for 10 days. The shuttle service sucks!!!! I was left at the airport, tried to schedule the shuttle service since I am her 10 days and know my schedule. Was told can not schedule, that I needed to tell them every morning. So I did just that told them in the morning I needed at 12:30 pick up, they said well just call when you need a pick up. I call at 12:15 they said sorry the driver is on lunch till 1:00pm. They should have told me this in the morning when I mentioned it.

Old and needs lots of TLC and refresh but the price reflected that and the bed was very comfortable. If you aren’t fussy about old carpet and furniture which reminds you of your college dorm, the price point was right. Reasonable breakfast buffet ($20) clean room and as I said comfy bed. You are not making memories here but sometimes you just want to sleep and not break the bank.

Stay was as expected. Room and housekeeping was good. Grounds were good.

Opportunities for management - outside doors' locks (by the pond) didn't work.
Biggest opportunity - staff at restaurant/buffet. First day, took a few minutes for staff to acknowledge we were standing there. Food was just like warm.
Second day was a mess. Staff didn't acknowledge us for quite a bit of time. I had to ask for a drink and they completely forgot a beverage for hubby. Staff training on serving skills is needed.

I called to upgrade the two rooms I booked for my son's wedding. Wanted to upgrade a double 2 room suite and a king 2 room suite with balcony and was hoping to get two presidential suites. Amy answered the phone and asked me to hold. Nine minutes later she picked up. I told her what I was trying to do and she told me to call back and talk to the party that was planning my son's wedding. I advised they weren't planning my son's wedding. I was just trying to upgrade the two rooms I reserved for myself and the bride's parents and wanted to know if they have two presidential suites. As the call continued she was clearly put out that I wanted service. I advised that I was also a guest. Didn't mention that I have silver status with Hilton. Not that it really matters but when I'm loyal to a brand I expect service that isn't rude. Not sure I'm going to keep my reservations or continue booking with Hilton.

Last remodel must have been in the 1980’s. Unfortunately this is pretty typical of the area.

Front desk was very rude to my wife during the check in process.

Update—- after 1 day.
Originally 2/5. Now 1/5. The vending machine machines didn’t work. Room service questionable

The lady at the front desk said I should go across the street to the gas station so I could get a soda for my daughter (as we were standing at the desk in our swimsuits). Also - no “pantry” or other type of lobby conveniences. Just vending machines that didn’t work.

Food from the restaurant pretty much sucked.

Poker tournament every night was weird and I didn’t appreciate the armed guard. Pretty strange.

This property definitely does not live up to the Doubletree or Hilton standard

NOT BY A MILE.

Hard pass for anybody reading

I didn't stay at the hotel, I hosted a surprise birthday party for my husband. Everything was wonderful. The staff were very nice and accommodating. I had mixed reviews on the food, some thought it was delicious while others were not as pleased. However overall, the night was one to remember! Thank you all so much for all that you did to help. We really appreciate it. The food manager was amazing. You all just made everything seamless and peaceful! I enjoyed working with you!
