The room was clean, the bed and pillows comfortable. Shower was hot. The only downside to the room was that the thermostat would not go lower than 68° which is a bit warmer than I'd have liked.

The gym was nicely equipped and seemed well maintained. The only detracting factor here was again the thermostat, which was locked at 70°.

Clean and nicely set up lobby with plenty of space, nice swimming pool. The hottub jets didn't work, but at least the water was warm enough to be relaxing.

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. I stayed for one night and everything was clean and nice. Restaurant has phenomenal food- I got the french onion soup and the rack of lamb with butternut squash ravioli, recommended to me by Matt the front desk man. So freakin’ good- I’m dreaming about it still.

We have stayed at this property when visiting family in the area over the past 18 months and the quality of housekeeping and service has steadily declined. Upon checking into our room, the 2 bottles of water in the room, complimentary, were opened and left from previous guests! When we brought this to the attention of the front desk, they entered our room while we were gone, replaced the water bottles, and rummaged through our luggage. Unacceptable! Beware!

The rooms are decent but not for price one thing I did not like was not having the ability to change room temperature lower than 68 - the bar closed at 9 on a friday that was disappointing by the time the wife and I were ready for a drink they were closing an hour early. The $13 breakfast was a complete disappointment the food was just typical hotel breakfast that's normally included - for the price of the hotel you would expect a little better in those areas - the only thing keeping 3 stars on this was the employees they are friendly and ready to assist making that part pleasant

This hotel is very nice, it’s clean, has a pool and hot tub(jets didn’t work), both close at 10pm(we were able to stay out there a little longer than 10), the WiFi was strong and I had no issues getting door dash during visit.

We had a great dinner (ribeye and pork chop). Most hotel restaurants are pretty terrible and we genuinely enjoyed our food. The next morning we showed up a few minutes after 10, and the F&B Manager made us breakfast! I have been to many hotels that seem to take pleasure in sending you on your way. EVERYONE was so helpful!

I came in town to visit family and friends. Rooms were clean, staff were nice. They had a restaurant and a bar. 10/10 would recommend.

I travel a significant amount with Hilton, Marriott, and Hyatt. For some reason this hotel stuck me in a handicap room, they claim i requested it, but it is not on my profile and I dislike these rooms immensely. Water from the shower gets all over the bathroom floor, the ironing board is a quarter board that doesn't even allow for a full shirt sleeve, and overall the room is designed for others not for me.
I called in advance, asked for them to fix it they said they would do this at my check in, they did not. Then at checkin, they said sorry we are sold out. They refused to fix it or give me a regular room or full size ironing board.

UPDATE
I decided to call the hotel from my cell phone instead of the room phone after a shift change and check if they had any rooms available. Which they do have a regular king and a queen with balcony, neither one being a handicap room.

The earlier shift employee bold face lied to me.
