Lobby is nice, front desk persons were nice enough. First room the mattress had a large stain that looked like blood on it, and the sheets were dirty.
Next room had to get batteries for the thermostat.
Rooms are very run down, haven’t been properly cleaned in who knows how long.
Best part was the cookie at check in, definitely won’t ever stay here again.

MI wife and I have stayed at this location over Christmas, for over ten years now. The difference between then and now was much more apparent this trip. Breakfast used to be fantastic... used to be.. This was the first time we had to call the front desk with noise complaints.. The refrigerator in our room looked like it had been rolled down several flights of stairs, and the door would barely stay on. The bed was higher at the foot (that was fun for sleeping). Fixtures and electrical outlets were cracked and/or broken. The second floor reeked of pot multiple times during our stay.. There are currently 3 derelict vehicles in the parking lot - two with flat tires, and one with car parts sitting on the hood. Honestly we weren't very comfortable parking our car there overnight. We enjoy the Hilton points, but we'll be finding another location for our holiday travels.

Very comfortable hotel location, IMHO. Hotels have an opportunity in the shifting financial landscape to reinvent their delivery of hospitality, care, events, what have you. All the hotels have rooms & amenities, while the buildings themselves are becoming a checker board of decay. Change the incidental deposit arrangements, you open yourself up to an important, changing demographic of American society.||Maybe people need a private office, or a wellness retreat, a medical refuge, a refuge. The lounge area in this hotel is wonderfully comfortable, and equally elegant technical solutions could be designed to support the outsourcing of hotel services for growing demographics.||The flexibility with points and booking is a really awesome offering at each double tree.

The breakfast buffet is the same as a free breakfast at any other hotel. Choices are slim but served In a nice environment so they can charge you $18.95 per person. Don't bother just go somewhere else where the food is fresh and you can get what you want.

The rooms are pretty bad. Mini fridge beat to hell. Everything seems dirty and dusty and broken. Feels very stuffy like there is virtually no fresh air circulation. I’m going to keep leaving reviews like this until Hilton finally steps up and does something about it. This brand has turned into nothing better than a crappy run down motel.

Unfortunately there was visible mold along the ceiling of the bathroom in our room. The room was overall dirty and unkept. Dust on all fixtures, stained duvet covers and the floor was sticky. I was extremely grossed out staying here, luckily we only had to stay one night. I contacted the hotel about the mold and no one has followed up. Stay elsewhere!

This is a very nice property. Nicely appointed rooms. Fitness center. It has a restaurant and bar. The front desk staff were very friendly and did acknowledge my status with Hilton. Very large parking lot. They are friendly to big trucks-we stop here a lot. The hotel has conference rooms, and there’s a conference center right next door. Several choices for food in the vicinity. Easy access to and from the interstate. Be sure to get your warm chocolate chip cookie when you check in.

This was the worst hotel from front staff to room I've been in in a long time. The front greeting staff was more interested in eating than taking care of phones and problems. The heater wasn't working in the first room. Instead of moving us to another upgraded room with a king size bed like we had, we were downgraded to a room with queen beds, a shower that the faucet was on backwards and hadn to be shoved in to cut off, a TV with only local channels, maids cleaning rags left behind and a bed that the floor would have been more comfortable. Only one key because machine was broken. All outside doors and pool door was inoperable.
The restaurant was great and breakfast was wonderful. It just needs to be separated from the hotel. This hotel should be rehabbed but not by maintenance man on duty. His answer to broken heater was it probably needed freon as he walked away.
