Max at the reception desk was very helpful and friendly during our work trip. He made check-in quick and easy, which we really appreciated after a long day. Max gave us useful info about the area, like where to eat and how to get around. He also offered us free water and helped us find a phone charger when we needed one. He checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and was always kind and professional. Thanks to Max, our stay was smooth and comfortable. He really made a difference!

Great convenient hotel with very helpful staff. Especially Max who went out of his way to help me.|I come to this area every year and this years trip was easy. The room was clean but could use better lighting in the evening if you need to work. I didn't use the breakfast buffet but it looked appealing.

Stayed during the weekend of 03/28-03/30. Had a really nice stay in the Schaumburg area. Close to the mall, we did a quite a bit of shopping due to the weather not being that great. ||Hotel staff was really nice, front desk Yalenli was great and breakfast was good as well however they need more help in the breakfast area. Sunday morning, the little breakfast attendant was running around everywhere. ||The hotel is old for sure, in need for a good touch up. Welcome email from Shawn was nice and gave us a heads up about the pool not being open. Hopefully renovations are on the way.

The customer service was amazing Max went above and beyond to be helpful. I would definitely come back and recommend coming here. Clean lobby, great beds, clean rooms, good place for the family or just for a couple. Late checkout is an added bonus because you won’t want to leave early.

My wife and I stayed here for just one night, when we arrived at the room we were assigned it was next to some very loud guests and it was apparent the walls were thin. We went down to the front desk with all of our stuff packed up as a power move and asked if we could be re roomed to a room that could be quiet and away from others. The lady at the front we dealt with that night was nice. Upon entering the new room the ceiling had a bunch of signs of water damage and the windows weren’t sealed properly and there were a lot of lady bugs I had to kill. One of the pillows also had a blood stain on it. The fridge smelled really bad and there was no trash bin except the tiny one in the bathroom. And speaking of the bathroom, we only had one roll of toilet paper, no extras for some reason?! We ended up running out of them in the next morning. The water from the sink like other reviews mention is very milky. And of course the best part of the bathroom was the fact that the switch to change to the bath to a shower didn’t even work so we couldn’t even take a shower! The night we stayed we wanted to check out the pool and the pool water was dirty and unclean and had dead bugs, there also were no towels in the pool area so we ended up not going in. By far one of the worst hotels I’ve had the displeasure of staying in, I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy.

I recently stayed at the Doubletree and had an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring my check-in was smooth and hassle free. The room was spotless, spacious with all the amenities I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I loved the view from my window.

I have been staying her for month and it's good to see some changes finally happening with new management of the hotel. |Pros: |Hotel location is great. Mall is close. My work office is walking distance. |Staff is friendly in the breakfast area and front desk. |A manager is here who spoke to me in breakfast. Recognized his name because I also received an email before my stay from Shawn. |Email was very upfront to notify of a new management company and that the pool is closed. ||Cons: |Hotel is old and outdated. TV's are small as they come for being in 2025. No internet connection on TVs. (Did speak to Shawn about this, changes are coming but they may take a while). |Pool is closed, apparently it will be down for a while as changes are needed from the village. |Room cleanliness could be a little bit better but it also feels that way because of how old the rooms are with outdated furniture and chipped tables, etc. ||Overall it's been nice to see changes happen as someone that is here 5-8 nights a month.

The only entrance they got is the front door, no back doors or so. You have to park your car in the parking lot and walk all the way to the front door. The surrounding area is not bad. This hotel is pet friendly so you have to pay a fee for it. We got 2 queen beds, the room was very dusty! It needs some cleaning. It comes with coffee, a fridge but NO Microwave. Our next door neighbor moan and makes sound to loud. I can hear people talking/shouting outside the hallway. No soundproof. The bathroom doesn’t have a vacuum so if you’re using #2 you just have to keeps the lights on and close the door. Overall, our experience staying here is bad. The only good thing is that there are close by fast food. I wouldn’t recommend staying here but if you really need a good deal, I guess so.
