Went there for some waxing before my wedding and everyone was super nice and friendly. Lots of seating space while you wait, good atmosphere, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Worth every penny, will definitely be coming back!

My appointment was at 1pm got there at 1250pm to be moved to another person. I told her how I wanted my eyebrows and this is how she did them and left them. My eyebrows are uneven and not shaped at all. I highly wouldn't recommend anyone going there. Terrible service.

These girls are awesome. I have a lot of gray hairs in my eyebrows. I have them threaded and tinted and now my natural eyebrows look great. Love Norma. Book online to avoid waiting. You won’t be disappointed.

WORST PLACE. I came in with plenty of hair for her to reshape my eyebrows, (I mean plenty....I had not touch my my eyebrows in 2mths). This girl with glasses completely misshaped my eyebrows. I walked out with two different shaped eyebrows. WILL NEVER GO BACK...

Leaving this review after leaving Dorothy’s. The girl who I got today really didn’t want to be bothered with talking to me about what my expectations were. All I asked was for my brows to be left as full as possible. Hair on my brows does not grow. After about a year of slow growth, I came to Dorothy’s as a walk in. I had an incredible experience. The first girl had no problem taking a second to understand how incredibly difficult my brows have been to grow.

Having such a great experience the first time, I came back today. The girl working was very visibly annoyed but I still came forth with good vibes. I tried to explain the same as I had before, she just said uh huh and then continued to remove all of the hair I had grown for more than a year and a half at this point.

I understand maybe it’s not your job to take a second to listen to people but this is my face and now all the money I put into serums and time I put into growth is completely gone. I know it’s silly but I’m actually devastated. In the end, I expressed my unhappiness and she said, “oh that’s what you wanted”.

I scheduled with my usual artist Nancy I then received a rescheduled text a few minutes later. I was hesitant to cancel but I didn't. The lady who took care of me was super fast, my eyebrows were numb for a good 15 minutes after I left, that's how bad it was. She cut my eyebrow hair so short that it looks like I need to get them done again. I don't even know how to explain. The lighting is very bad. They have alot of little light bulbs but the quality is not up to standards. Next time I will wait for Nancy or find another place.
