Dolly Effect has become my favorite spot for lash extensions, and I'm a loyal customer for a reason. As for my lashes, I've experimented with different styles in the past, but the cat-eye style in their mixed set has become my absolute favorite. The skilled technicians know exactly how to achieve the perfect cat-eye style, but you can't go wrong with any of their lash styles depending on your preferences.

Overall, my experience at this lash studio has been consistently exceptional. I couldn't be happier with the service I receive here. Definitely will be a returning customer and recommend Dolly Effect to all my friends!

Another top notch Dolly Effect location! My first Dolly Effect experience was at their Los Gatos spot, and I've had to opportunity to visit their San Mateo location, and now Colma. The consistent high-quality customer service, lash application, and the beautiful minimalist design that I loved at their other locations were all present here. My appointments are always easy to schedule and they're very quick to respond.

I've been getting their Enhanced Volume set in a cat eye style and no matter who my lash technician is, my lashes are always full, fluffy, and amazing. The retention has been great - my lashes always last 3 weeks or more. Overall, the quality, customer service, and spa-like experience has consistently impressed me and I continue to recommend Dolly Effect to all my friends! Best lash studio in the Bay Area!

Another great Dolly Effect location! I’ve gotten my lashes done twice at Dolly Effect (San Mateo and Colma) and I loved both locations. The people working are so professional and kind. They made sure I knew what type of curl/length/style I wanted and I got exactly the style I wanted. I got the volume set because I like a more dramatic effect and not having to do my makeup everyday saves me so much time. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my lashes and it also boosts my self confidence too. Overall the experience was very relaxing (I fell asleep both times) and they even gave a quick head massage at the end to top it off. Would definitely be back!

Hands down the best customer service ever! I have been going to Dolly Effect for almost two years. The staff were knowledgeable and concerned about keeping my lashes healthy, unlike other lash places I have used in the past. I was concerned at first when they requested a deposit for my appointment. That is no longer the case. I always leave there with beautiful lashes. They use text messaging and always send reminders about my appointment. I highly recommend this business, you not be disappointed.

I have been going to Dolly Effect since 2018 and there is a reason I am such an avid customer! They are so kind, helpful, and respectful to me. The service is always so gentle and beautiful. I always feel so rejuvenated and renewed after I get a fill. From their receptionist to their lash techs, they are all well-equipped and love staff. The studio is always so clean and a lovely place to unwind from a long day. Getting my eyelashes done is like a therapeutic experience! It’s been almost two weeks since my initial visit and my lashes still look great. What I like most about my experience with Dolly Effect is the polite, prompt communication, clean studio, the very thoughtful experience and quality of lashes. These ladies are experts.

Upon my arrival I was checked in, given a form to fill out for the style, curvature and length of the lashes I wanted, and shown a video on lash care.

I’ve had lashes twice at two other spots. Neither one provided an experience even close to as great and thorough as Dolly Effect. In fact the last place I went to in SSF was pretty awful. So I’m glad to have found Dolly Effect. I highly recommend them if you want an expert, sanitary, quality lash extension experience.
