Went in this morning first time I’ve gotten my nails done in a long time and showed them my inspiration pic they took their time finding the right glitter and the right shade of pink that I wanted even made a nail on a tip to show me my options totally above and beyond my expectation they were super friendly and my nails are perfect

I tried out DK again because I needed my nails done last minute. Probably shouldn’t have considering they gave me an infection the previous time but I was desperate to get in before a vacation. They did them, rushed, but they looked great! By the next day the polish was melting off my nails but I was on a flight for a trip the next two weeks. After calling them they said just to take pictures and show them the next time I came in. When I went in a couple days ago, showed them the pictures, they just laughed and charged me full price for gel & a fill. I expected to pay for the fill but not the polish considering it didn’t last me the last time. They sent me off with a $10 gift card. Today my nails chipped, one wasn’t fully glossed, and I wanted them to fix a super crooked one they did. I was met with rudeness, laughing, and being made fun of. They made me move between people two times because they argued on who was going to deal with me. Safe to say I let someone have my $10 gift card on the way out because I will NEVER be going back.

Quality of service has definitely gone down. I got my nails done on a Monday. Fill in overlay. They cut my nails down with the power machine after I repeatedly said I did not want a cut down. Was back twice this week due to nails chipping!! Went Monday, was back Wednesday & then Friday! What am I paying $200+ for

We made appointments for my sister and myself and got to sit next to each other for our pedicures. Employees were friendly and efficient. This is always my go-to salon!

Update: I did gel on my toes for the first time ever and by the time I got home one entire nail's gel had come off. I recommend the Honey and Milk pedicure. There are TVs on with captions so it's not super loud. I highly recommend the massage chairs.

I stopped in for a fill. I had one nail off, so expected to pay an additional $3 for that. Normally a fill with one nail off is $38. The tech kept asking me if I wanted my nails cut down. I repeatedly said NO. Finally, she said I'll just take a little bit off, I think they should be shorter. I said fine. I got a bill for $48. I asked what for and was told because she shaped my nails! She said you had almond shape & that cost $5 more. I walked in there with almond shaped nails, they've done almond shaped nails for me for months & I have never paid extra. I thought shaping your nails was part of a fill!!! Then she said she charged me $5 extra for cutting my nails down! I was dumbfounded, considering I kept telling her I didn't want them cut down yet she insisted on doing it. Anything they can think of to add more money and rip you off, they do it. I would be okay with it if they would tell me up front this is an extra service that cost more, do you want it. But they don't, they just insist & do what they want and then charge you whatever they feel like charging😖

Quality of service has gone down. My technician rushed and didn't even do everything that's included in a basic pedicure. The manicure was not worth it. Left nail polish on my skin. It felt like because I didn't pay for the upgrades she decided I didn't deserve bare requirements for service. My bill came out to $60 for gel pedicure and a regular manicure and I still tipped $10. Poor service. I will be looking around for a new nail salon

Went in today for a simple layover and my eyebrows waxed had a amazing experience the girl who did my nails was so friendly and interacting she suggested a dip for my short nails to help me out and was just all around amazing best experience I've had in a nail salon in a very long time I will definitely be going back wish I would have gotten her name

The guy doing my nails was rude and got mad at me when he moved his hand and smudged on of my nails. After that, he would click his tongue and shake his head, telling me to “BE CAREFUL!”. The flower design I asked for was simple but he managed to make it crooked in some aspects. He left a ton of gunk under my nails and they weren’t even all even.
