Absolutely fabulous! Loved the plants, pretty design, level of service, and the staff were very helpful! They upgraded us as well to a poolside King. 100% coming back. I didn't want to leave my little oasis. Only thing is the pool could have been cleaner! Lots of plant material. But to be expected with all the plants.

This hotel is everything you’d want for a Palm Springs getaway. A small boutique hotel with a lot of personality and great outdoor area to relax. Robert showed me and my dog great hospitality. I will be returning on my next trip to Palm Springs.

Can’t say enough about this Palm Springs gem. Came here with my gal for a weekend getaway with no expectations, happy to say we were blown away! The Dive and its rooms, surroundings are amazing. The staff is exceptional. Love the decor, attention to detail, the Velvet Peacock room our favorite! We give the Dive 5 stars plus! Hope to be back again soon!!! J&J

Can I rate the service 6 stars The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. This place was absolutely amazing. Made for the best vacation ever. Really enjoyed the amenities and felt like it was a piece of paradise in the fun desert of Palm Springs. Sets the bar really high for future vacations. Highly recommend. There wasn’t anything that could have made our experience better!

What a beautiful place to stay. Our king suite was amazing and CLEANING crew. Wow everything was so so clean. Felt like everything was brand new. The office staff was so welcoming and accommodating. This place made for a perfect weekend getaway

We have stayed here two times now and Dive holds a special place in our hearts. It is the perfect escape in the center of Palm Springs. The property is kept up wonderfully. The staff are kind and helpful. The thoughtful design of the hotel and each room type is what makes this place its own. Their charm is the little things - rosé on arrival, the fragrance when you enter the room, and a light breakfast outside in the morning. Other bonuses are parking, L'Occitane toiletries, and 24/7 pool and hot tub access. Just an all around great spot if you are looking for a quiet and romantic getaway.

If I had to think of just one thing for feedback…stronger morning coffee. 😆

I regret my stay here !The room does not match the advertised photos, presenting as a small, with minimal natural light, with only two small windows near the front door without screens to open the window due to bugs at the end of a hallway. The air conditioner blows directly onto the bed, and the thermostat malfunctions, causing the unit to continuously emit cold air at a high speed directly at the bed. Additionally, the bathroom floor is improperly sloped, resulting in water accumulation and flooding during showers. The bed is uneven due to wear, impacting comfort. While the staff is friendly and the breakfast is good, and the outdoor pool area is well-maintained and nice. Not worth the price paid.
