got gel x done on my nails, and let me just say, I LOVE IT! the experience, the artist, the atmosphere, everything was amazing!! i had no idea what color to choose and was given a freestyle set, which i of course ended loving very much. i got compliments everywhere i went and would recommend this place to everyone! even as if it just a simple manicure. cuticles were cleaned up nicely, nails were filed comfortably. 10/10!!

I went in on a Saturday for a no chip manicure.. Service was just ok. The next day 2 of my nails chips because she didn’t file my nails smooth. I felt like they were a little rough. Not happy and probably won’t go back

Went to get a no chip mani and pedi and the lady who did my nails did not do a good job. My nails are painted sloppy and look like a few are already going to chip. There is no reason the nail polish should be anywhere else While still sitting inside Diva nails after my manicure was done, I noticed my pinky toe paint was peeling. Another worker Asked if I was happy I said no, I thought she was going to fix the problem. No, the lady that ruined my feet wanted to fix it and continueD to create an even bigger problem. The lady just cut my pinky toe nail instead of fixing the problem. The other toe that was chipped she just cut it as short as she could when I told her to stop. I’m extremely upset to the point I don’t want anyone else to fix the problem. I just won’t be retuning.

Not worth it. So my color chip the next day afterwards, and I went back to the nail salon said my color chip and your colors are still damp like my colors are still damp. I just got new tips on them too and the tips don’t even last long! $65 I paid for this and for new tips and everything! To me, I felt like I got scammed

The girl that did my nails TODAY (She’s the young, short, slim girl with black hair) I’m not sure if she’s inexperienced or was in a hurry, but she did a really poor job on my nails/acrylics 👎🏻 They’re all bulky, uneven, and missing color at the tips. She finished them so fast that I wondered how they would look at the end, was surprised when she said “well , you’re all done” first person ever to finish my acrylics so quick, well, you can see how the end results are not good at all. I attached some pictures.

I will never go to any other nail shop. I don't care if they closer to my house in New Lenox. I always go to Diva Nails. They know how to do nails the right way. Love this place.

I went on a Thursday at about 4pm. I waited about 10 minutes for a manicure and pedicure. It was very nice and the place was clean. Prices are clearly posted near the door. A scrub and massage is included in the cost of the pedicure. They really take a long time (a good thing!) massaging your legs with the scrub and then lotion. The massage chairs have a lot of features. There are a lot of options for paint and color. It is now 6 days later and my regular manicure pedicure is still holding up without a chip! The woman who worked on my nails kept checking to see if they were completely dry and recommended that I not leave until they were. I've been gardening and playing with kids and going to festivals and I can't believe that my nails are still okay. They also gave a rewards card that gets you a dollar amount off, if you go a certain number of times-make sure to ask for it when you go in. I will be back.
