First time coming here and they did great on my mani and pedi, they did exactly what I asked, my toes and nails looks so good, very friendly, greet you, I didn't feel judged like at at other salons. I traveled from Pana and passed up plenty of other places close by. Definitely will return.

I walked in and asked for a mani pedi, they said they would do it. They did not tell me that it would be an hour wait for anyone to even come and start on my toes. I coughed a couple times because I tickle in my throat, the lady then told me that I needed to put on a mask and proceeded to throw one at me. All of the workers are just rude.

M6 and sister I called a head time and asked if they were bust they said no come in. Came right over, walked in every worker was with a customer. The man asked us what wanted to get done we said our nails a full set he said both we said yes. He did a huff and told the customer he was with well we close in a 1 hour I guess not. Well my point is we called and asked you told us to come in so this is on you not us! Extremely rude!

While getting my pedicure I asked my lady NOT to cut into my toe and try to get my ingrown nail out. They ALWAYS make it worse. Simply do. not. cut. it . out. SHE DOES IT ANYWAYS. when I asked Her TWO MORE TIMES not to cut it, she does it ANYWAYS AGAIN. Says “ta-da” like she fixed it. Now two days later I have An infection in my toe. If she would have just left it, I wouldn’t be angry. And to the youngest girl that works there, I hope your parents are proud of you being so rude and snarky. Making fun of your clients that are giving you money is not the way to go.

Called to see if they could fit my mom in after the debacle with another nail salon. Got us right in, and did the service, a tip and dip on point and very professional. Very clean, relaxing atmosphere.
