first pic is what i left with, second pic is over two weeks later! the middle finger on my right hand broke because before this i had a full set of acrylics, so not their fault and that's the only nail that has anything close to significant chipping or peeling, and i work in a restaurant (!!!) never been to a salon where gel actually lasts 2-3 weeks like they say it will. pricing was more than fair, the people were nice, i'll definitely be back!

Holly, I can’t say her name enough, HOLLY was AMAZINGG!! We were a last minute/walk in, but I’m getting married on Saturday and I heard really good things about Diva. I am SO glad that we decided to come, we were in and out with an hour or less, amazing prices, amazing customer service. And Holly and Andy were the BEST!! Holly did my nails and my eyebrows and Andy did my sisters in laws nails/eyebrows. Thank you so so much! I recommend all the WAY. Love it!!! I will be back.

Terrible services! Andy is not polite at all! His work is very rushed. CHARGING FULL SET PRICES for FILL INS! 0/10 do not recommend. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would

Actually got there early and they welcomed me right on in so no wait. They didn't try to pressure me into any upgrades. Actually my debit card was declined (still don't know why) but they were very understanding while I left to get the money.

This was my favorite nail shop in Tuscaloosa but their customer service had declined poorly since my last two visits (see photos of 2 sets of had done there prior to this) . I would not recommend this place at ALL. Pricing is sketchy and I was forced to leave with my nails looking a mess.

I went in with some comically bad nails that were done at a different establishment, and I walked out with exactly what I asked for. Holly was fantastic. I can’t wait to go back. This is def my new go-to nail spot!
