We hosted our annual gala at Dinolfo’s Banquets, and it was an incredible experience! From the elegant ambiance and excellent coat service to the delicious food, every detail exceeded our expectations.

AVOID THIS BANQUEST UNLESS YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR BIG DAY.

I deeply regret choosing this banquet hall for my wedding. Initially, they seemed professional and accommodating, making promises that aligned with everything we wanted for our special day. However, once we paid, everything changed. They used sweet words to lure us in, but it felt like a scam once we were locked into the contract.

One major issue was the cake. We agreed on a 5-tier cake that would serve more than enough for all our guests just cut and server. Instead, they served a cake that barely covered half the attendees, breaking the agreement plus to that what happened to my cake and where is it NO ANSWER FROM DINOLFO'S YET. On top of that, they placed cheap cookies on the tables, making me feel embarrassed and disrespected in front of my guests.

Imagine having your big day ruined like this. To make matters worse, when I tried to address these issues, they started ignoring my emails and they are taking their sweet time to answer but before they collect the payment they were replying in the same hour or day. Their lack of accountability and care is unacceptable specially breaking the contract because I paid for something I didn't get. I am now seeking other doors to resolve this serious problem and will do my best to solve it because it's breaking the contract.

If you’re considering this venue, think hundred times before you book with them. They don’t care about their customers once they’ve locked in your payment. I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience the stress, disappointment, and humiliation I went through and DON'T RUIN YOUR BIG DAY THERE.

What you stated is incorrect, and I have email evidence to support this. We sent an email on Thursday, October 3, at 5:24 PM, and we received a confirmation from you on Friday, October 4, at 9:13 AM. Clearly, this confirmation makes it part of the contract. Please note, YOU ARE NOT OFFERING THIS SERVICE (cutting cake and serving it) FOR FREE. AVOID THIS BANQUATE.

WHERE IS THE CAKE GO? Cake was server not as we agreed.

I recently had my wedding at DiNolfos on June 14, 2024 and all I can say is WOW! They made my special day perfect and I can not thank them enough! The office staff was helpful throughout the entire process and answered any questions I had thoroughly and efficiently! When I walked into my reception room, Cypress & Oak, I was in awe in how beautiful it looked! Our dinner and service was delicious and great! We are so happy we chose family style, our guests are still telling us how much they loved our dinner! Thank you DiNolfos for making our night so special and memorable!

After searching multiple venues for our special day, i can honestly say Dinolfos Banquets in Homer Glen surpassed every expectation and dream of mine. Having our wedding here this past November was the most magical day of my life and it’s all thanks to the Dinolfo family and their staff. They understood every need and want i discussed and truly made it the best day of my life. From the food, to the atmosphere, to the staff, everything was top tier. Our guests raved about the venue and everything it comes with. Asking for the food recipes to telling all of their friends and family about it for future events. I definitely will be coming back! Thank you to everyone who made it the day it was! Highly recommended having your event here!!

I got married here Oct. 18 and it was such a beautiful place for the ceremony and reception. The chapel upstairs is a little small but beautifully set up and they even offer to have the ceremony down in the bigger rooms if that is something you need. The lady's that worked there were so helpful during the whole process and were transparent with everything. They made the wedding planning process easier. The day I got married there were i believe 3 other weddings going on, but you wouldn't even know it. The rooms were sound proof so you couldn't hear the others and big enough to fit a larger crowd of people. All my guests and I agreed that the food they served was delicious and all served at the right time and efficiently. I recommend anyone to Dinolfo’s because they helped make my wedding day so much better.

Dinolfo’s was an amazing venue, we are so grateful we picked them for our wedding day. Let me start by saying, their communication is 10/10 amazing. All of my needs were mainly handled via email. Any question I had, I would email and they would respond quickly! I was amazed. Their rooms are beautiful with the windows, staircase, bars etc. we used the cypress and oak room for our wedding day and it was nothing short of wonderful. On our wedding day, staff came to our head table to make sure everything was according to plan, and then offered to bring us drinks or whatever else we needed. It was fantastic.
People loved our monogram on the wall for pictures. We had action in every corner and this was a great addition!

Just had our daughter's quinceañera this fall, the facility was clean, the food was hot and delicious the night of our event. The venue offers "late night snacks" which were a big hit with our guest, as well as well served drinks.
I was able to decorate before hand and they worked with me to have my outside vendors setup and clean up.
