Worst service everrrr. Hope there was a choice of minus star on google review. When we visited this store there were a lot of sales person on the floor and not many customers, but no one asked us if we needed help or not. They were just talking to each other about their own stuff. Someone has to teach them what their work is!!! I do not know how they sell their product. We had to go to them and ask about sizes. Some stores have only few sales person but they work hard to sell their product. This store will close sooon. I am 100% sure.

Ужасное сервис, купила обувь в магазине Diesil , я оплатила обувь , померила дома , обувь была большого размера чем моя нога, хотела поменять размер, приехала в магазин , размеров на мою ногу у них не было , в итоге решила вернуть деньги, но деньги мне отказались возвращать , потому что как оказалось возврат не возможен , но это я узнала лишь после покупки, когда я оплачивала покупку товара , продавец не сообщил мне эту информацию, когда пришла менять размер, размера у них не было на мою ногу, так они мне просто тыкали какой-то бумажкой которая лежит у кассы , что мол тут написано, но мне эту бумагу не давали прочитать когда я покупала эту обувь, я не соглашалась на такие условия , я не давала согласия на такие условия , не когда не покупаю вещи если их не возможно обменять или вернуть, если бы раньте мне об этом сказали , то я бы точно не сделала эту покупку. В итоге меня заставляли выбрать другой товар , я им объясняя что мне нужна обувь , мне не нужен другой товар , при чем выбор очень ужасный и это 2 линия бренда, где реально нет чего выбрать на эти деньги, они заставляли оставить деньги на депозите, я говорю им, что я тут турист мне не нужен депозит, что я улетаю , верните деньги если нет моего размера , но мои просьбы бесполезны , в итоге у меня забрали обувь и не вернули деньги. Много лет была клиентом этого бренда в Европе и других континентах , очень нравились изделия из кожи , покапала куртки платья , но после сервиса в Америке , я клянусь что больше ни куплю ни чего в этом магазине , ни в какой стране и городе мира я клянусь , моей ноги больше не будет в этом магазине, тем более когда туда заходишь сразу видно , что у них нет покупателей , всегда пусто, этот бренд идёт на дно, при этом еще такое поведение некомпетентных сотрудников, которые видят в тебе только наживу, не сообщая клиентам о правилах их магазинов, если вы турист и плохо говорите по Английском, то лучше туда вообще не заходить
