I walked in to use the restroom and was encountered by nothing but aggression and disrespect by the owner. (Saying I disrespected her because I walked past her and didn’t say anything.) When this is a public place.

She pointed at a sign outside that says I can’t use the restroom unless I play her slot machines.

I offered to play once I was done in the restroom, but at that point she was screaming and crying and calling the police on me!

Very disrespectful owner.

Don’t waste your time here, she clearly has no interests of the public or her customers in mind. Her ego is out of wack if all it took was for me to walk by and try to run to the restroom without acknowledging her for her to get so triggered!

Diane's Gaming & Cafe is a hidden gem in Chicago Heights! Unlike other gaming spots in the area, Diane's is independently owned and operated, which means they can provide exceptional service and generous amenities to their customers who love video gambling, which I do!

I couldn't believe all they have including the latest gaming machines for endless entertainment. Free newspapers and great coffee, and a totally friendly staff!!

Whether you're a local or just passing through, this is the place to be. I can't recommend it highly enough! Super fun had with all my friends!

The owner is a very disrespectful lady! I have had a better experience at the gas stations in the area than here! Don’t waste your time and money here! Not a lucky place to place bets, I wouldn’t be surprised if her games are rigged!

I don't know if the old black lady is the owner, but she is very disrespectful, she treats you badly, she doesn't realize that you are going to spend money there, very bad service specifically from her, sometimes she makes us feel Because we are Hispanic, our money is not worth it, but for our money she also eats, so as long as she continues with that attitude, we stop going and we stop recommending the place.

Love this place so much, the environment is so cozy, the lady Bernice that was working there at the time was so kind and helpful. Will definitely be back!
