I had my daughter's sweet 16 party. The venue had panels falling apart, I had mix matched table runners and 3 of my 10 table clothes were dirty and had stains. One of my guest sat in a broken chair that was set up, management never even followed up to see if everything was ok. Poor customer service... definitely NOT worth the price.
