The Fresno Dixieland Society holds their dances here. I was impressed enough with the place to book it to hold my 50 year class reunion. It’s conveniently located.

It is a nice place. But it was a horrible experience dealing with staff. One told me what came with the rental. Another said it wasn't included. Several times I came more out of pocket. Day before my event, I found out I wasn't going to have access to the kitchen. Spoke with a staff member about it while she was a little intoxicated. We payed for the bar area as well for just our party and they allowed the guess from their Rv park area to be in the bar during our event. With that same staff member drinking again.

Very unprofessional. Total lack of communication. They didn't even follow what's on the contract that they made and signed. The one answer I got was I don't recall that. Sad because the building itself is a nice place but the employees who rented out were Beyond ridiculous.
