Alisha pretended to be a professional, in the beginning of event planning for my wedding. Unfortunately, the day of my wedding which was December 8, 2023 she abandoned the event after setting up before my arrival. Once arriving to the event space my family I realized this was apart of her plan due to her not providing everything that was purchased in our contract. She also lied about the policies that the hall had established. Therefore, creating confusion with myself and the the staff working at the hall on the day of my wedding. To add further insult to my injuries, when I text her the night of my wedding for answers, she never responded. I reached out to her for the second time on today in hopes of rectifying the matter. Her response was full of created lies about how I was disrespectful towards the hall’s staff and how I left the hall a mess. Furthermore, Alisha states due to this “
You won’t be receiving a refund”. Ultimately, Alisha abandoned my Wedding event as a tactic to paint “the customer” as the problem, after she failed to deliver all services paid for. Her last tactic, will be a response to this review as if she handled things professionally but I urge future customers to learn from my pain and suffering. Lastly, Alisha has blocked my number from her phone after telling me that I won’t receive a refund and to have a “good year”. So Alisha as you read this I want you to know that I will have a good year. Victory shall be mine, said the lord. See you in court!

I was a witness firsthand to Alisha’s work ethic because she was my bestfriends designated wedding planner for her wedding. The only good thing I can say is that she decorated beautifully, however every experience after that was far from professional. Not only did Alisha abandon her duties on one of the most important days of my bestfriends life she left myself and her family in charge of putting all the pieces together of a puzzle that we were all left blindsided on. After reaching out to her over 10x to ask her about why the seating arrangements were not in the correct order, why we were missing the table for guests to sign in, not to mention we were also missing a Photo Booth that was supposed to be there at the time of set up. When she finally did answer she was extremely short and rude and claimed she had to leave and did not plan on coming back. I as the host and close friend remained as professional as possible but also was in a quite of a panic because these were things her family let alone my bestfriend should have had to address on her important day and we were not experienced in this Alisha was. Not only did she not deliver fully she then began to lie and blame guests and myself for the reasoning why she didn’t return or bring the Photo Booth which is insane because that’s something that should’ve been set up in the first place not only that the aftermath of this has been less then professional she has blocked my Bestfriend from contacting her and stated she would not be getting her deposit back let alone a refund even though her job was incomplete. Her communication skills are horrible so if I could give 0 stars I would and to be completely Honest giving one star is being way to nice in my personal opinion. Proceed with caution when working with Alisha and unfortunately you will have to make sure to stay on top of her about basic things or else she will leave you high and dry like she did us,

My entire process with Diamond Ball Events was nothing short of amazing. I originally planned an event a couple months ago & had to cancel. The owner Alisha was very understanding and made sure to remind me of the credit I had with her. Even if there was no credit involved, I would have went back because of how professional she was about the situation. When I reached back out to her for my mother’s 50th surprise birthday party, she again, responded immediately & reminded me of my previous credit. The entire process was stress free from beginning to end. Besides picking colors, I had no real input or suggestions & my event was absolutely perfect! Every one of my guest enjoyed themselves. The staff was kind, friendly, & helpful. The venue was beautiful, neat, & clean. Thank you Diamond ball Events! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

Truly enjoyed my event. From the beginning to the end my event was perfect! Alisha her husband and her staff was absolutely wonderful. Very detailed and and professional. She Made everything seamless, I shared my vision and BOOM she made it happen.
I can’t wait to book my daughters 16 birthday.

I had a party on last Friday and when I was given a review card I just had to accept. My family absolutely loved everything!!! If I could give 20 stars I would. Alisha is the nicest persons I’ve met in business, I work at night so sometimes I had to text her late and she never complained. If she couldn’t get back to me she would have her staff call me, just great business. THANK YOU AGAIN SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING!!

I held my baby shower here back in October decor was cute. Bar was just an embarrassment for what it was. If I knew it’s was just a plastic table with no cloth over it or anything I would have just planned else where or at home at that point. Not only that but it’s a baby shower and there was only alcohol. No water, or really anything so I had to leave myself to go get that. Photo booth was cool, & the royal chair was nice as well. But overall it was not what I thought at all. & the lady behind the bar was cool but dressed like she was at the club at my baby shower. & my poor mother who would’ve liked to enjoy the day with me had to run around with her head chopped off trying to make it look better with no help that I seen from the owner. Sorry, just my personal experience.

Alisha and her team are EVERYTHING. My daughter shared what she wanted for her 18th birthday party and baby they delivered. THEY UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT!!!! I almost cried at the amazing work they did. I literally came to her about a month before and she made it happen. I can never thank her enough for all that she did to make my daughter’s day memorable. I will definitely be a returning client because baby THEY DID THAT!!!!
