I absolutely love Sabrina! She is the owner and my massage therapist.
I have a few health issues so I see her every week. I have been getting a massage every week for about 7 years now.
Every time I walk in, she asks me how I’m doing and if there’s anything new we need to work on. We always chat for a bit and then the relaxation begins.
I always do CBD and aromatherapy! When needed, we also do hot stones.
Sabrina is a life saver! If it wasn’t for her I probably wouldn’t be able to move. She definitely is the best!
I absolutely recommend making an appointment. You will not be disappointed!

I went today and we did a couples massage. At first the price tag scared me a little, but I was happy with the result. When I told my therapist to focus on my shoulders and lower back, he did just that and my shoulders feel better. He didn’t do my face, which I wish he would have, but I really can’t complain. I was happy with the overall massage, and the owner was great. She reached out to me via text and we did the final coordination of the appointment. There was a slight miscommunication at first about the hour v 90 min massage which was fixed at 9pm the day I booked (after hours). You don’t see that kind of stuff anymore where the owner fixes an appointment after hours the day you book it.

Jaered is, by far, the best therapist I had encountered here in Rockford. Pays attention to concerns even with the music choice. I love her deep tissue technique, right amount of pressure, and I felt really light and relaxed after the session. Looking forward to my next session.

The massage therapists are great. I used to go here all the time. The owner however, is rude, inconsiderate and has no problem being unprofessional to clients.

I booked an appointment for 10am. I arrived at 9:55. I get told at 9:59 that my masseuse is in the hospital by the own. Okay, that happens. I tell her I am sorry that that’s happened. She asks if I’m available later that day. I asked what time. She doesn’t respond for over 20 minutes as I am sitting outside the parlor. I ask for an update. No response for another 10 minutes. Finally she just responds with “5” and thanks me for understanding. The thing is, I didn’t understand. I did my best to be kind but firm since this isn’t a personal thing. Her response was very immature, stating “Yeah ofc you don’t understand that someone’s in the hospital …why would someone care about someone other than their self.” Again, I understood that someone was in the hospital. What I didn’t understand was I was left there, waiting for longer than I should have been, sitting there on a Monday, having taken off work for this massage to help a chronic illness, and then spoken to like that. Again, the massage therapists are great and I’ve loved every time I have gone. But the owner is a reflection of the business as a whole. I will not be returning.

Good morning and I would just like to share that I had my first beautiful massage with Jaedra, This was a very healing and intentional massage with care and kindness and I will most definitely be going back. I’ve been searching for a new massage therapist for a couple months and I’m very happy to of found a caring spirit.

Therapist didn’t listen to what I asked for. Not sure if he knew what massage was. Never used his hands only elbow and forearm, Never warmed up my tissue and never even introduced himself or never asked my name.
