We stayed at this hotel for two nights. 121 is room we stayed. After having dinner at their restaurant last night, my whole family, including myself and my two-year-old son, suffered severe vomiting and diarrhea. My wife vomited so much that she filled two garbage bags and was in unbearable pain. I believe it was either food poisoning or an issue with their water quality, as they don’t provide bottled water and claim that tap water is safe to drink.

I requested a refund for one night's stay, which I believe is entirely reasonable under the circumstances. However, the hotel not only refused but didn’t even offer an apology. This is a heartless hotel that only cares about making money.

Our holiday was completely ruined. We spent money but paid for anguish —this place is a nightmare.

I’d like to ask everyone: If you were in this situation, wouldn’t you demand not only a refund for the accommodation but also compensation for medical expenses and emotional distress?

The worst of the worst. I thought for a minute I was on Candid Camera meth / bed bug addition. The hotel check in lady literally forgot where she was and the waitress in the restaurant did not remember serving us when we asked for our bill. She brought me a beer that was only half full and then she had a flashback. This may seem shocking but if she can't remember that means it's free. There must be a fierce run of drugs in the area that I honestly would like to sample after seeing the zombies. If you are bored, stop by for a laugh if you can soon because this place can't be open much longer. We finally got to our room and just left because of the conditions. I will never forget our adventure.
Shout out to the cartel responsible.

We hadn’t been here since before the lockdowns but found it welcoming and very clean. We had to go to the sister hotel for a massage but the pools were well maintained and easy to get in and out of.|The big surprise was how good the food in the restaurant was. The clam chowder is made fresh daily, the grilled cod was well seasoned and tasty. Don’t let the ghosts of hotel restaurants in the past hold you back. This is a keeper.

The sunset cafe has a very racist waitress(long black hair pulled back in a pony tail) we waited more than 20 minutes for our food we asked where the food was
She said the cook read the slip wrong mind you this was the third time we ate there the first time we were given moldy strawberries .

What a dump. Liars and frauds at best. Junk rooms. Broken stuff. Running toilet. Beeping fire alarm. Door didn’t deadbolt. Filthy brothel curtains. 2 inch gap on adjoining room so we could hear our neighbours talk. Dirty film of scum throughout. Smelt like a donkeys butt. One hot tub empty and full of sweepings. Front desk staff had no idea. No extra towels It’s a spa. It is a zero out of 10. Worth maybe 19$ a night. Don’t go,don’t call,don’t book.

This place is super cool. Per the reviews they don’t lie! But about the loud music it does not come into your room and security is really great about keeping everyone mellow and in good vibes. Staff is super awesome and the pools make up for any flaws this place might have!! I plan to return again and again it’s just so amazing! The restaurant has some really great food as well! So if your looking to relax with others this is the spot!

Jonah and Tracy tag teamed me with their passion for excellent customer service!! BOTH went above and beyond to make sure I was good.
As far as the room goes…the shower went from cold to scalding and back again with each minor movement of temp control. Spent more time adjusting water temps than actually showering. The room was quite clean and the linens are nice. Towels feel Lux even

The room was horrible, it had a horrible odor, tried three spas and all was very nasty. The first one had bugs, the second one the water was cold and the last one filters had all kinds of alga covering them like they haven’t been cleaned in years. The carpet was nasty, I didn’t smell any chlorine in none of the spas at all. The curtains looked horrible. The room attendant tried to walk in my room without knocking it I had the lock on the door so she wasn’t able. I’m just really amazed at the poor up keep of the resort. It was just terrible. The food was good but as I look at the wall next to were o was sitting it was nasty with food aligning the was. The food attendant was super nice and very accommodating, but that was the best part out of everything I will never come her again. Morel 6 is cleaner.
