UPDATE! 2 days after my original review, both of my big toes became severely infected. Ive attached photos. This place is disgusting and unprofessional. Stay AWAY!!!!

I keep giving them chance after chance. Today was terrible. I had to request another woman come help because the one I had doing my pedicure was more interested in watching anime movies on her phone, than doing her job. The second woman only relayed that I wasn’t pleased with her work, which seemed to infuriate her… She became rough and then aggressively just ripped my ingrowns out causing me to bleed, a lot. She was rushing and clearly didn’t care that it was painful. It wasn’t a pleasant experience at all. I have 5 kids and come here as my “peace and quiet mommy time” and today was anything but. I left looking like my 6 year old painted my toes.

I absolutely love this place and the friendly service they provide. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs nails, a pedicure or a wax. They also have a small chair for your little princess to be pampered.

I’m a nail tech … I would NEVER allow anyone to walk out of the door with this nonsense.. if I could rate a zero I would. Every nail is a different shape and size. ?

If I could give negative stars, I would! I'm not sure how this place even has 4 stars. Maybe there is one person there who knows what they are doing?

I'm not a very picky person, I came in for a full set and color change on toes. $80!!! So I asked for rounded nails, a more natural look (my exact words). They didn't do that! Fine, I can live with that. The other stuff, RIDICULOUS. The tips the put on aren't even "on" my nail. Dirt and everything keep getting between my nail and the tip they put on. There are chucks of acrylic under some of my nails. Thumbs are round rest are not. One thumb nail is actually crooked.

It's just terrible. Please take your business and money elsewhere!!

Went to them to have my nails taken off and one of the girls ripped a chunk out of my real nail and then tried to say I came with my nail already like that. Will never do business with them again.

The worst set of nails I have ever received. I went for an acrylic fill and it took the lady an hour and 15 minutes. I picked out a light green spring color and she started painting my nails with a dark teal. I asked her if she was sure that was the right color and she said yes and proceeded to paint my nails. Then after one coat (of gel) she asked if i wanted to change my color and i said yes. She didn’t even take off the first layer of gel she already applied and proceeded to paint over the top of it. My nails are sooooo thick and she did not even clean underneath my nail. I will not be back to this establishment.

Gotta give these ladies 5 stars for sure! I went around 12:30 waited just a few minutes even though they were super busy. I needed some real TLC for my nails, the lady that helped me was just amazing! Not only did she fix what the previous salon did she really went above and beyond to make sure I walked outta there happy. We had a great conversation and I'm glad I got to meet her! Thanks ladies!
