I had a horrible experience getting a pedicure and gel manicure.

I requested not to have my nails cut and filed into a rounded shape. The stylist then proceeded to cut them unevenly and sliced the edge of my nail, causing it to bleed.

When I realized the color I selected was too transparent for my liking, I asked for a different color or sparkles to make it more colorful. The stylist didn’t understand me so I kept repeating that I didn’t like it. She ignored me and kept insisting it was fine.

As soon as my nails were done, I was hurried out of the chair. I left the salon stunned and in tears. I didn’t realize just how bad the cut and color was until I got home. I also noticed there is a huge tear in the middle of one of my toenails.

This was supposed to be a treat for birthday tomorrow and I just feel ugly and ignored. Will not be returning.

My nails look nothing like the picture! It looks like the Temu version of what I wanted. I was charged about $70 for this. Will never come again. My friend's nails were cute but mine got rushed.

I cant believe the negative review someone wrote about this place. I have had nothing but amazing service here and wont go anywhere else. The place around the corner, serenity gave me a crappy dip manicure and burned my eyelids with hot wax and when i tried to tell them they just offered me a discount next time. Deluxe has been great since vivian took it over. Highly recommend this salon. Its the bomb.

Everyone that works here is amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure your manicure is absolutely perfect and always has a smile on his face. I feel very safe visiting this salon because I know that it is extremely clean.

I love this place I have nothing but good things to say about them I went around the corner from 2151 serenity nail spa terrible job, and when I went to deluxe nails, they re-fixed , repainted them and cut them down because they hurt. I recommend van

Soooo frustrating. My first visit was great with one of the guy nail techs. This time was horrible, from start to finish (pedicure to manicure). Spent $100 and 2.5 hours just to hate how both my pedicure and manicure came out. The manicure wasn’t terrible, but no where near as good as the first guy. And it took a lot of “fixing” to get this good. Just know if you find somebody you like, request them and don’t let anybody else do your nails or you’ll probably regret it. Truly a hit or miss. Will not be returning.

Got a full set on for a wedding and I absolutely love my nails. Super friendly and did exactly like the design I showed! Definitely will be back when I need a full!!
