I ordered a number 7 . A grilled chicken burrito combo, and there was no flavor in the burrito. Just a wet nasty tasting burrito with absolutely no flavor whatsoever. I’m pissed that I paid this much money for lousy quality food.you couldn’t even taste the grilled flavor that the burrito was supposed to have. The fries were hot but no salt, and the Dr Pepper had carbonation and very little to no syrup at all. I don’t blame the staff but the owner himself after all he’s responsible for the quality that’s put out. I won’t be buying anything here again. Maybe my dogs will like this garbage.

This is a great Del Taco location! The restrooms were clean, the restaurant is clean. The food was hot, fresh, and picture perfect. The ladies were very friendly and nice.

My daily Del fix put me on Dillon Rd near 10fwy. This location is cool because the foot traffic is from guests who are usually traveling. Lots of truck drivers and this is a nice mix of customers. The food was as it should be great, staff as well. But one complaint... NO MUSIC! Other locations owned by same franchise owner have the music on...get it on here please! You also claim to be open 24 hours yet the walk in customer is not... Fix it and hire more staff please!

Upte - the music is on! Thank you sir! The music track playing has Christmas music on however! That is worse than no music!!
But the music puts me in a good mood, so thanks I will be back late night if it will be open...I do not drive!

Second time they got gave me sloppy incomplete food. I complained to the manager and they said to come in and they would fix it ,so I drove 50 miles only to have Cassie refuse to replace the order even after I had her call the manager who said to replace it. She even said that they would refuse to serve me ever again

Let me start off by saying If I could give less than one star I would. We were driving back from a long trip and decided to stop to get some fast food real quick and use the restroom. I walked into the women’s restroom and it was disgusting. Looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. I went back to my husband while he was waiting for our food… 25 minutes went by and we still didn’t have any food. Another customer walked up to the front saying he received the wrong order and it was exactly what my husband ordered. One of the employees took the hamburger from him and put it into our bag. My husband questioned the employee and asked him if that was the same hamburger that the other customer had and He said “he didn’t touch it or anything” but this isn’t true, because how else would the customer know it’s the wrong order without opening it? This is just disgusting and unacceptable. I asked for a refund (since at this point was over 30 minutes of waiting and we still didn’t have our order) the other employee told me that I was ruining his momentum-it appeared that they were short-staffed, which I completely understand, but Cleanliness should be top priority, and it clearly isn’t at this location.

I just want to commend the 2 young men working on Dec 1,2024 on one of the busiest traveling days after Thanksgiving. There was only two of them working and they were handing the pressure and stress of all the customers coming in even when they had to tell customers they were running out of certain ingredients.I really felt so bad for them but they had it under control . Unfortunately I didn’t get their names but they definitely need a raise for all their hard work!
