Our wedding experience was absolutely perfect! From day one, Deer Valley was professional, always in communication and made a “stressful” season less stressful. They truly think of every detail! The use of their decorations: vases, mirrors, wood blocks, linens, etc is amazing!!! The food was top notch. All of our guests had a great time and complimented everything to their highest praise! We are so happy we went with Deer Valley! If I could relive it all I would in a heartbeat!

I got married at Deer Valley and the staff was amazing! It truly felt like I had a wedding coordinator the day off - they communicated with all vendors, fed us breakfast and lunch, helped the wedding party with the ceremony, made mine and Chris’s plate for us, and just all around was there whenever we needed it. They even cleaned everything up for us when the night was over and all we had to do was pick it up the next day! They truly went above and beyond and we appreciate it so much!! The only reason we didn’t give a 5 star is because there was a group of golfers teeing off during our ceremony at the hole right behind the gazebo. It was all you heard and saw and it was extremely rude on the golfers part!!! And it lasted the whole ceremony - not sure why they couldn’t just skip that hole or wait.

Came here for a chamber dinner. Was easy to find and have accommodating parking for handicap. Inside is a dream, the girls restroom has products you would find in any home to help with staying fresh and beautiful. The bartenders did a great job and everything was set up nicely. The food did run out when there was a few tables left.

Went to a wedding reception here. It was beautiful. My favorite parts were the food, everything was very good and the bathroom had everything a girl might need from extra pads and tampons to disposable hand sanitizer.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the outside of the venue was clean and had a gorgeous view.

Holly Davis at Deer Valley is the magician AKA she is everywhere for you through the entire process! I knew this was the place I wanted to get married and have my reception at when I first saw photos of it, so we toured it twice (once with my mom after we checked out 2 other places). Once we got the deposit down, she was our invitation designer for Save the Dates, Delay the Dates (Covid 2020), 2 sets of invitations (IL still had Covid restrictions a year later), then a change of plans invitations. Holly lets you choose between a DIY package or a hands-off approach on invitations. Holly hosted our tasting when we chose our rehearsal dinner menu, cocktail hour menu, lunch menu before the ceremony, reception dinner menu, reception late night snack menu, and alcohol orders. Deer Valley has a lot of decorations you can use to decorate the ceremony aisle and reception centerpieces, Holly even helped us think of last-minute ideas with our centerpieces. Holly was our event coordinator for our rehearsal dinner and the entire wedding day, including jumping behind the bar when one of her bartenders didn't show up for work! She also helped us clean all of our belongings from the bridal suite up to her office to collect everything we needed before we left for the night. The entire day ran insanely smooth and Holly even made sure to put our whiskey/wine in styrofoam cups with straws when we went out to the golf course to take pictures!

Beautiful place for a wedding reception! Although the bar service was a little slow, the layout was perfect, the establishment was stunning, and the staff was very friendly!
