The room is not clean. There is a panty in the floor next to the telephone and chair. The reception said they cant do anything. The AC is a disaster, its very hot again they said they cant do anything. All i am asking is a clean room and working AC. They tried to gave us another room but still the AC is not working. We booked a king bed but the replacement room is just a queen bed.

Staff was not friendly nor helpful. First, they didn’t allow my husband to check in because I used Wyndham points to book instead of cash. Second, they gave my King bed room (that I needed) and switched it to a 2 bed room when I had clearly booked a King (more than likely because I didn’t pay cash). Lastly, floors were disgusting. My toddler walked around in the morning while I was getting ready for no more than 45mins- 1 hour. Her white socks were BLACK at the bottom. Had to throw them away.

This place is literally disgusting. It looks nothing like the pictures. The hotel manager is rude. I woke up to literally a roach in my sheets with me blood on the sheets blood on the pillowcase. The water in the shower was cold. It did not heat up. When I seen all of this requested a refund they did not refund my money… do not stay here, take your business elsewhere

Right off the freeway is easy to find. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The employees are helpful and friendly .

Went with my family for the weekend In the app saids pet friendly so we decide to take our kitty with us..for pur surprised! They only accept dogs so I have to drove back 1 hour 45 minutes to take my kitty back home..very inappropriate to put a message "pet friendly " and not specify "only dogs welcome" I lost my entire Friday driving back and forth...thumbs down

I pulled up the property was dingy damaged not clean. The parking lot was an alley on the side of the property did not feel safe to even park there I ended up leaving still got charged due to cancellation policy. Save time money and a hassle but not even booking here.

I booked a trip for four days using my hard earned points so we could attend my husbands fathers funeral that was unexpected. On the way to the airport I had to end up taking my husband to the ER where he was admitted to the hospital. I called the hotel from the hospital and they refused to cancel my reservations and give me my points back because I didn’t cancel within their guidelines. It was an emergency. Maybe I could accept losing one night but not all 4 nights. Wyndham rewards kept calling the manager at this hotel and they kept hanging up on them. I called 4 days in a row to try to get my points back without success. My husband couldn’t go to his father’s funeral services and admitted to the hospital and Wyndham Days Inn in West Covina stole our points. I’ll give my business elsewhere from now on.

The manager responded to one of my reviews and apologized and said that he would look into it. However, that was just a bunch of crap because nothing has been done and they are still not planning on refunding me even though I had an emergency to take my husband to the hospital on the way to his dad’s funeral. They just wanted it to seem like they were concerned and surprised the situation happened and would look into it and get back to me, but they did not.

This hotel may have cameras not all rooms but some do last time I stood there I found something that looks like a camera when I went back again that was red flagged I can no longer go there again I found it the only thing was a suspicious little Gizmo that I found I'm suspecting it's a camera
