This hotel was awful and I should have read the comments closer. The outside has trash everywhere and even though the pool is open again, I would never swim in it. The homeless population is so prevalent that the managers need to keep the office doors locked at all times and the only way to contact them is by calling the phone number on the door. Our room itself was also disgusting. It was smaller than advertised, the front door and bathroom door both don't fit into their frames properly, and it was dirty all over the walls. I can't attach photos for some reason but the cupboard and lamp by the bed are some of the broken things we found when we got in the room. I actually found a post from awhile ago with the exact same items broken so I know it was my room. The bedsheets had stains on them and there was trash from the prior tenants in the room as well. We made the mistake of trying to get a cheap room but we still had to pay much more than this was worth. It didn't help that they double charged me and then told me it was my problem to fix.

FRONT DESK EMPLOYEE SCAMMER !! ||The Indian man at the front desk accused me and my lady of smoking in the room this morning to keep our $100 cash deposit!!!! Me and my lady travel all over the US and stay mostly in Wyndham & days inn hotels. We have never had a problem and get this, we don’t smoke. He tried telling my woman he was going to keep my money because we were vaping in the room. When I approached him he realized she was with a man and was fast to hand over the deposit to us while threatening to put us on the “do not rent list”. I was wondering why he asked for a cash deposit in the first place. They need to get rid of this man immediately. I’ll never return to that hotel. It was also dirty and stunk like mildew.

The owners are amazing people. And are humble. My husband and our little one stayed here a few times already since our apartment caught fire , and the kindness and hospitality they show is above and beyond. The maids are just as nice and helpful. Each room we had was clean and affordable. We haven't seen any roaches like we have at other hotels so that's a plus. U get what you pay for. And as of now this is what we can afford. And it's decent and convenient enough for me to still go to work and take my daughter to school on one bus ride. I have no complaints.

Just checked in and checked right back out. This place is disgusting and if your thinking about staying here just don't. They must have paid for the good reviews. I don't need fancy or frills. This place gave nothing. Not clean anything, even the bed wasn't clean, dirty walls, dirty floors and run down.

The best part was leaving and calling my bank. Note to ownership ( you should be ashamed to have you property in this kind of condition and charging people to stay here) I wish I had the option to leave no stars. The 1 isn't deserved

I have never before stayed in a hotel that is in such an obvious state of disrepair as this one. The blankets were visibly dirty. The lamps were falling off the walls and didn't work. The walls were scuffed and dirty. The door lock was loose and the door didn't fit well in the frame; when it was closed you could see a clear outline of light coming in around it. Granted it was a cheap room, but even for being cheap I feel like I overpaid.

Staff cannot fixed the clogged bathtub .||Bathtub clogged 3 inches high.||He gave me a smoking room, I had to change to another room because the smell was too strong.||when i booked this hotel they said there was a breakfast.but when i arrived they said there was no breakfast and no ice.

Room was clean but there was no breakfast available. The website advertised a breakfast. The manager was friendly and allowed me to check-in 90 minutes early. bedding was clean. The towels were clean. The bathroom was clean. The room was next to the highway but after 8 p.m. there was very little traffic.

"I recently stayed at the Wyndham Motel in San Jose, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The beds were dirty, the bathroom was in poor condition, and the room was much smaller than advertised. Additionally, the motel did not provide the breakfast that was promised. The first room we were given had a smashed TV, and when we reported it, they acted like they didn't know. To make matters worse, a staff member was very rude to my wife. Overall, it was a disappointing stay, and I hope the management takes steps to address these issues for future guests."
