Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I showed up around midnight to check in only to find out my room had been double booked. The excuse they gave was that my CC had been rejected, but I had the confirmation email and my card had been working fine for all other purchases. This left me without a room and leaving me no choice but to knock on several hotels doors in the area to see if they could accommodate a walk-in. After several attempts, I had no choice but to settle and severely overpay for one of the only remaining hotel rooms in town just to have a place to sleep. Thanks Days Inn.

This hotel is good if you had a long flight and want to check in fast to get some sleep. It’s 1h and 30min by bus from the city, if you’re not driving it gets difficult to transport daily. The room was clean and the staff is very friendly. Very noisy for being close to the highway.

Basic room for the price, somewhat handicapped accessible for my wife's disability and wheelchair status, but the shower should be a true roll-in, it was a bathtub with a shower chair. But at the small room was arranged to ok with wheelchair. For the price, basic, clean, great parking and elevator, and good proximity to airport.

DONT STAY HERE. As soon as we walked into our room, we were greeted by a cockroach on the desk. And as we inspected a little more we noticed that there was roach feces on the walls 🤢 0 stars from us.

I stayed here overnight on 30th July 2024. I'd prepaid my accommodation through a booking agent but this hotel charged me again. Paying AUD300.52 for a 1 star hotel is ridiculous. All attempts to contact them about this has failed. Will not be using this hotel chain again.

They now ask for information regarding my booking but don't give you a email address to send information. Also, how many people with the same name as mine stayed overnight on the 30th July 2024.

I stayed at this hotel with my partner and it was great. The manager, Patrick was very helpful and friendly. We had a small issue with our room but Patrick was quick to accommodate us. The housekeeper Dolores was very friendly. Overall we had an excellent stay. There were bus stops near the hotel that made it very easy to go into the city. We will book again.

The hotel had a microwave, fridge, and everything else that I needed while I was on vacation. The area was nice, I would go to this hotel again if I ever go back.
