Stayed 3 weeks and absolutely the best staff so far in any the days inn I have stayed in . Vicky I think it was did an amazing job staying calm and polite in a few pretty tough situations I noticed. Is very patient and well spoken. Everything is always ready 10 minutes early and they make sure you don't need anything. I was very impressed with the hotel. One of the best I been in so far for the money.

I am a repeat visitor. So, the beds are comfortable and the hotel is very clean. This time, they matched an online price for the room, in which we felt good about the price. The first room we got, it smelled like smoke, so we asked for another room. The next room, the heater didn’t work, so we moved to a third room. When checking on my bill, they charged us $20 more per night for those two nights. The lady who checked us in stated that she told me that the third room would be more. I don’t remember her stating that. I responded by saying that we only moved because of their issues. So this higher charge made me feel disappointed about the running of this hotel.

The person at the front desk told me about the cable not working. I agree to get the room anyway without the tv not working. But she didn't tell me about the phone not working or wifi. So I call up to the front desk on my cell and ask why wasn't my phone working in the room. And she said it's because of the weather. I said you never said the phones or internet wasn't working. All you said was the cable. She said all the hotels are like that. So I called the other hotels and found out she lied to me. So I call the front desk back again on my cell and ask why did she lie to me about the other hotels not have phone, wifi and cable. She said we'll you can move over there and I said and what lose my money. So I told her I didn't appreciate her lieing to me and if I had a medical emergency and couldn't get to my cell phone. I would not have any way to call because the phone is the room is not even working.
The front desk lied and was disrespectful. Beware if you end up getting a smoking room.

My family of 3 had to stay here because of the snow storm. This place sucked. On the first night, we spotted a baby roach. Meaning that there were bigger roaches around the hotel. I have a picture for proof. The bed was horrible, my back hurts. The shower didn't work properly, it made a loud noise, and it took an hour for the water to hear up again after someone else showered. The breakfast tasted freezer burnt. The room was dirty, there were poop splatters on the wall behind the toilet. $350 for two nights of disgusting hell. Do not stay here. They obviously only care about money, and not their guests. I have never stayed at such a horrible hotel.

More than 10 reviews about roaches, I should have known. So many reviews stating things were being fixed or efforts were made for them to be fixed. But all of those are false. Always READ REVIEWS! I go as far as 2 years ago. Very concerning this place has not been shut down, due to filth and bad management

As a celebrity, I've always stayed at "Elite" Hotels, but one night over a year ago, I stumbled across this hotel. When I tell you the service is immaculate— the front desk staff and the housekeepers will make you feel right at home. This, along with the location and freeway access, makes it incredibly convenient. You're literally next door to a gas station and Imo's Pizza. There's also a retail plaza within throwing distance Walmart, Arby's, a nail shop, and more. Oh, and don't forget Scooter's Coffee and Sonic! The complimentary breakfast includes make-your-own waffles, eggs, unlimited yogurt, fruit, a variety of cereals, and more. When I'm there, I sleep peacefully—no noise, no crowd, just me tucked away in a location where you'll least expect to see me, yet enjoying the atmosphere and comfort of my double bed in Room #103.
