This hotel may look ok but they just covered up the things that shouldāve been a full remodel. We stayed 8 nights due to work & they made the beds one time w our dirty linens! They traded the towels a few times without us complaining but thatās it. Took trash out a few times but never vacuumed the room or wipe it down. We tried to extend the room but the guy was asleep & never came to the desk or answered the phone calls at 7am. The towels were stained & I definitely wouldnāt recommend this hotel to my dog must less people.

My daughter, mother and I stayed one night here last weekend and never again. Check in and the front desk clerk was probably the better part of our stay. The walk up the stairs to our room was filthy. The floors look like they havenāt been vacuumed in a while. Upon entering our room, I noticed the floors hadnāt been vacuumed, looked in the bathroom and a roach was crawling around in the tub and trash on the floor behind the toilet, the shower head was also rusted and nasty. We checked the beds, that was the only thing in the room that looked clean, but when I sat on one of the beds, the other end of the bed came up⦠somehow the box springs were messed up and not level. The breakfast was a joke, we ended up next door at McDonalds. When I checked out I asked for some sort of discount because $110 for that was ridiculous. I was told the manager would be in on Monday and they would leave a detailed message about my stay for him. On Tuesday, I called to talk to the manager and he was not in but was told they would have him call me. Still nothing. I would not recommend this hotel at all! Not worth the money spent. Pictures will tell!

We stayed at this location in February. We found bedbugs the next morning and actually took one to the front desk. The halls and room were nasty. The walls are paper thin and there was what sounded like a fight in the middle of the night in the hall. The area where they advertised free breakfast was closed. When I requested a refund they said they could give a partial but would also tell management. Management then sent me a letter denying the bed bugs and unwilling to give more than a 25% refund. I would avoid this nasty hotel! Drive a little further. Itās disappointing that Wyndham would allow their name to be associated with this particular days inn. I have never written a negative review on a hotel before but Iāve never experienced this level of filth and lack of customer service before.

Had a decent stay at this property. A lot of renovations going on into this hotel. Not at its best at the moment but I do see change in place. New management sign! Breakfast was much better this time around than last summer.

We stopped in for the night, staff was friendly and the check in process was easy. Rooms were affordable but not so cheap that it was suspicious. They held a room for my mother in law who was 4 hours behind us. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Very basic but at least it was clean. I pulled the sheets and checked the mattress for bedbugs and they were clean. Thatās the first thing I look for so if you were concerned you good. Breakfast sucks but I wouldnāt expect much but at least out fresh fruit and not old mandarins. I would recommend this as a place to stay but donāt plan on a good breakfast.

After driving about 5 hours in the rain, with about 4 more hours to go, I decided to stop on the main strip of Hwy coming through Lake Village, Arkansas to rest. The weather was bad and with day light saving time and the bad weather, I felt it best to be safe and stop. The Days Inn outside visibility was acceptable. It was getting dark. I was exhausted. I did not check the ratings. Nor did I see another hotel nearby. I asked about the rating. Mannie (name he gave me when I asked his name) said rates don't mean anything. He joked about a previous customer. I asked for asked for a clean room. I believe he gave me a "truck driver's room" is what I told him at check out, after he apparently noticed my facial disappointment. I simply asked for my receipt.|The pillows, microwave, and dormitory refrigerator were probably the best things about the King Size bedroom. The bed coverlet was soiled. The sheets were not fresh. Smelt slept on odors left behind. I received a fresh, clean set, that I changed myself. No room service was available / at least not offered. I had to walk up to front desk to get sheets. The price was higher than listed for the room. Mannie the desk receptionist charged me his $90.00 senior AARP rate. So he said. (smh). I see it says $71.00.|This review would take up too much space to type out all the things. So, I took photos. As a matter of fact. I had a problem falling asleep because of the paper thin walls. Noise from upstairs, next door, and outside traffic š. So, I made a video of the things that kept showing up. I tried calling the front desk after changing my bed linen. Evidently, no one answers room calls after 7 p.m. I finally remembered that my earplugs was in my overnight bag. Thank God. ||Never again will I not take time to check reviews. If all the rooms are like this, who do the hotels answer to for code, health and safety requirements? I'm really embarrassed to say that I stayed the night at this place. SMH..

Iāve stayed here several times and staff is friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Had a nice sized television. Had a microwave and mini fridge. Location was on the main road Restaurants were nearby. I will stay again when passing through.

Seems this location is under renovation. First room assigned had no HAVC. Security was not a priority but no problems. Rear entrance was not lockable. Quiet and respectful guests.
