Employee was cleaning the lobby and I flagged her down to ask where a room was and she told me to go around the building and up the stairs. They have an elevator in the lobby and that would have been more hospitable instead of having to go all the way around the building and up the stairs. I was trying to deliver some food to a guest. I would say the place is not that great. Ok for a low bottom motel. Hopefully the prices are low enough for the service and run down rooms. I'm sorry to be negative I just didn't have a good experience. I never received any feedback from management, which is disappointing. But par for the course.

Huge surprise at the cleanliness and service of the staff. Parking lot was well lit. Breakfast area was very good. The attendant was friendly to everyone who came in the area. Checkout was quick. Room was very clean! Will stay again if I am through the area again.

Even with traffic noise that didn't mean bother me personally Everything from the People and the room was great. Spacious and comfortable. Affordable anf a great value for budgets and I was really amazed at the awesome room. They made every accommodation I needed! Thus 69 yr young woman says 5 star

Not a bad place to stay at all. Front desk is really polite and housekeeping is awesome. Hotel is a bit dated but still a great stay would stay here again definitely.

Positive: location, price, clean & updated, friendly staff Negative: This is the 3rd time I've stayed here. My only issue we were on front side by road. You could hear the road noise all night. The door needed a door sweep as cool air was coming in. Desk clerk said they had some on back order. I will stay here again.

The air conditioner wasn't working and they came and got it running but it wouldn't stay on AC it kept flipping itself to fan and beeped the whole night. The ice machine for the building section I was in didn't work and I had to climb up and down three sets of stairs to get to the ice machine. I have a disability with a heart condition and that was not a good thing for me

This place is nasty. The room was only dusted cursorily, but dust and crud are crusted up all over. The bathtub is visibly dirty. There is crust and crud in the corners, and the ironing board looks like someone attempted field surgery on it and left it behind about 5 years ago: and housekeeping has happily ignored it ever since.

The room reeks of mildew, and the air filtration sucks. Someone apparently made a green bonfire in one of the rooms abutting ours, and the smell invaded our room even with the door closed.

This was an affordable option when you search for pet friendly hotels in the area, but the site doesn't inform you that you have to pay a pet deposit: so you end up with an extra $25 a day. The "pet walking area" is a creepy, nasty disgrace: no fencing (right off the busy 4 lane road). No lighting. Detritus such as used box springs, pallets, and mini-fridges littered the area. I was afraid I'd either find a cadaver or end up as one when I had to walk my dog out there.

The linens are dingy. All of this is a huge disappointment after the weirdly delusional high marks the motel received in the reviews. While the desk attendant was friendly and helpful, and the reception area was clean and pleasant, squalor lay beyond.

This price is fairly cheap. But it's deceptive, given the surprise pet fee, and your money certainly doesn't go towards cleaning. It's equally clear that this is a hang-out for people who feel at home partying and smoking openly well into the wee hours of the morning.

Initially all was well but the air conditioning made the evening miserable. Luckily, the they replaced the entire unit. However, there are questionable individuals that appeared unsavory in the common areas and by the ice machine.
