I live in Dothan but in a manufactured home so whenever there’s a tornado warning, I wait it out with my family at a hotel. We chose this one at the last minute and the service was great. They let us check in early (we paid a small fee) but still I appreciated it because they didn’t have to. All of the staff was very nice and welcoming. There front desk attendant even suggested the best place to order food from and etc.
my only complaint is that the TV didn’t have any sound but we had our iPads and laptops so we used those and there was a small roach in the bathroom area. The room itself was clean and there was a desk in the room which allowed me to continue working.

Positive: The bed was the right hardness, the towels were fluffy, the room was mostly clean. Negative: I asked non-smoking room, he put us in a room reeking of smoke. He said most people smoke in Dothan. Then he put us in a room with ripped curtain shears, dirty windows. The hotel had NO security doors - no breakfast, he lied about available coffee.

There were cockroachs in the room, the inside lock was broken, and as advertised breakfast was supposed to be provided. When I asked about breakfast staff shrugged their shoulders and turned away saying no, despite the fact that breakfast is advertised on the website and on display in the lobby. Plus I was unaware of a deposit which was demanded when I arrived. I will never book another room at any days inn or with book.com. I travel across the US and reserve a room daily

Positive: Nothing Negative: The worst hotel I ever stayed In. There were holes in wall. There was a big hole where the toilet paper holder .should have been. The room smelled of smoke. A terrible experience. Left at 4am because it was hard to sleep in that room.

Positive: The room was nice except it did not have a place to hang your clothes. Negative: No place to hang your clothes, no Kleenex, no hand towels. The outside of the windows was dirty. No breakfast, even though it was advertised to have breakfast.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at, nasty smell dirty blankets holes in furniture. Tv was broken. No internet, the bar they advertised as here has been closed down for a while they said and there are hookers walking around trying to get in your room. I would never Stay here, if you choose a different place.

Positive: Nothing, they asked us to put up our shower curtain and make our bed when we ask for clean sheets. We never got clean towels. Negative: wrote up above

Positive: Guest relations worker(s) were kind and chill. Negative: Room was clean... HOWEVER.. smelt like weed and/or old cigarette smoke, missing lamp shades, missing metal door lock/stop, towels and rags were washed but stained badly, there was no breakfast on BOTH days that I stayed because " they were out ".
